    This is interesting. I have never seen any type of frozen ocra but will keep my eye out. Fresh is available here in my fresh produce market. Thanks Ken.

    If using fresh okra, how do the cooking times change? I assume the frozen is precooked liked frozen peas. Okra is not sold frozen in Australian supermarkets and rarely is sold fresh. I got some this week from a farmers market.

      Thanks for your question Malcolm:-)) Actually, the cooking time for fresh okra is a bit less than frozen because you don’t have to go through the defrosting stage. Good luck and let me know how it turns out.,,,
