- I don't always go out, but when I do I make sure I look good!
Kidding....I mostly make sure I'm comfortable lol. But every once in a while a girl's gotta get dressed up. It's not my favorite thing to do, so my friends jumped in to help me out and make it more fun.
I thought the black glitter dress was the most beautiful on you !! You looked gorgeous.
When I saw you changing, I thought a number of things, all of them wholesome. What a wonderful personality. What a fun person, what barriers you have to overcome daily. Some of us have the short term, or temporary problems of spinal, leg, or shoulder surgery, then, after a while, we can return to what is hopefully normal-ish existence. You have a burden that you always make light of in every video. What a great inspiration you are to all who see you. Brian is a man after my on heart, if it does not look right it is not right, so fix the mess. Thank you for brightening a day that was not one of my best.
I think it's easier to make light of challenges than to cry about them lol. Life could be worse after all!

You looked great at The Junos Brittney! My wife Debbie and I were voting for the sparkly black dress at the beginning. But then Deb decided that she also liked the one you wore because she too likes jackets. Brian’s suit was so amazing! I applaud him for wearing that. And Bean did a great job on stage! I was sooo happy for all of you!!

@@EmpoweredPara I agree with that decision. Nice thing about me being retired, is that almost everywhere I go, I can dress for comfort. Mind you, I might actually have to buy a new suit one day if I get invited to a wedding, which will hurt my spending habits, as I’d much prefer to spend the money on deck furniture or gardening items!
You looked great! Thanks for taking us along on your special event. I'm going to try to find a way to watch Push. I'm in the US so I'm not sure how successful I will be. And you do have great friends, which makes a huge difference in life.

MANNN, I'm glad I'm a man! I couldn't do that for anything. It must be a gender thing for sure. And they say that there are no real differences between the genders. You don't need to dress up to look beautiful, Britney, because you're already beautiful, inside and out. Bless you and your family!

Totally here to see the final dress on this fine day… my 20th wedding anniversary. 20 years ago right now, I was putting on my wedding dress, so this feels full circle.
I’ve been trying to teach myself how to UA-cam. I find myself filming myself doing something, then adjusting the camera to capture the next step of the something I’m doing and walking into frame so it will look continuous. I’ll put the camera here, then stick my face in the camera to make sure it’s recording, then walk away and walk into the frame like I’m not purposely recording my activities. Toward the start of this video, you have a clip of you leaving through your front door. Very simple, nothing WOW about it. Then I saw you in my mind, go back inside, get the camera, pack it up to take it with you and then actually leave your house. So I just wanted to validate the extra effort that goes into even a simple shot. Not because of your disability or anything, just amateur to more-advanced-amateur. Thanks for the inspiration. Now, I’ll get back to watching the video. But I thought it, so I commented it.

I've used for many years a "Velcro Netted Hammock Like Catch All" that's attached to the frame underneath my wheelchair. (Don't remember real name of product). It's so easy just to throw anything under there when I want my lap empty of holding stuff such as a purse, jacket, bag of groceries, bottled water, your camera..... . You might like something like this as well. When I get a new wheelchair I just un-velcro the net and attach it under my new chair.
I've thought about getting one for years and just haven't pulled rhe trigger lol. I'm scared things will bounce out of it though!
@@EmpoweredPara I've never had any issues with anything bouncing out or even just falling out for that matter. When you Velcro the net to the sides of your frame you can have it as tight or as loose as you want the hamack part to be. I like a dip in mine. I don't use a backpack so I really love my underneath "netted catch all" to keep my lap free when I want/need to.

I liked how you'd look on that 1st black "sparkly" dress (we call that 'lentejuelas' in Spain), looked good on you imo; but... take fashion advices from a punk that dresses in BDUs and Tshirts... "may not be that wise", also, nice scar you've on your back, the one i've on the leg it's all dark red and brownish.
