The dialogue and the creation of the scenes (I don't know what you call it but what happens in the scene you are viewing and the accompanying camera angles, music/special effects) in a lot of cases is genius (eg the burial scenes for the homeless veteran, Ainsley's meeting with her friends when she tells them she is the President's lawyer, Josh knocking on Santos' door to tell him he wants Santos to run for President etc etc etc) There are too many such scenes to list here. The West Wing represents the epitome of American politics. Too bad the '24 version in real life represents the extreme opposite.

Eg that episode where the President tells CJ to let the critical retiring General off the hook - I’d be super pissed if I was CJ - she had this completely unnecessary confrontation…

He would've been named Olafson or Olafsson=Son of Olaf. And afaik Vigdis is a female name, not something a male would be named in Iceland.
