    I don't know what criteria you used in arriving at these five states, leaving out Kano and Kaduna states invalidates your claim.

      You have a point. But their exclusion is really just symbolic of the fact that so many states are rising fast in the country. Building infrastructure. They're competing against each other now. It's a win-win for the country. Let's hope more states join them. Up Nigeria.
