I know this name is technically official, but I prefer their OTHER official name: the Treasures of Ruin. It sounds way cooler and also ties into the themes of the game in an interesting way, almost like a foil.
I wasn't thinking about this in your recent covers, but I really should've been looking forward to this one most. Team Star had some of the best songs, but this one was the one I had on loop for hours after first catching one. Certainly lives up to it as a cover.
@@barrybend7189 they're actually the opposite of the weather quartet, they seem to be based on their inspiration's rivals in Chinese mythology. Notably, both groups still have a member unrepresented thus far though, at least in terms of hard confirmed ties
@tailsBOOM1992 I mean, mechanically, they are actively much closer to actual opposites to the Tapu than they are to the Genies. Fairy vs Dark, both groups have each of their members have distinct prefered stats spread amongst all categories (compared to the Genies who are all, at least in their incarnate form, moderately fast mixed attackers), and all of them summon field conditions except that the Tapu can benefit other Pokemon whilst the Treasures of Ruin simply weaken everything around them
@@sephikong8323Not to mention each quartet also has their own signature moves with the exact same effect of halving the target’s HP, with those moves sharing the primary type
@@deadlydingus1138 I guess it would yield similar results for those 2, the 2 defensive ones though? Would it increase their respective defenses? In that case they would be way better in solo and potentially VGC
Gimmighoul & Gholdengo fit in Alola. The Trader who brought the 4 Treasures before the Paldean King was also cursed by the very thing he wanted- Money. *Coins* Gholdengo is literally just a dude.
Why not use the Treasure’s of Ruin? We got - Noodle kitty - Ting-loops - Judgmental leaf sheep - The snack thar burns you back All joking aside, I absolutely love these guys. I think it’s cool that their bodies are made of their element and am glad that we finally have a legendary snail and a legendary fish (Kyogre is an orca, and while orcas are cool, they are not fish. They are mammals). They also have arguably one of the best themes in the game. I think this remix does them justice.
Chinese Pokemon in Spain.
It seems the Conquistadors were *very* successful in this world. They managed to loot an entire legendary cycle!
And got that chinese curse in return, lol
"Everything went perfect for Spain" in this world, like that channel says
reminds me of the NOBODY EXPECTS THE SPANISH INQUISITION meme
TUNAK TUNAK TUN TUNAK TUNAK TUN TUNAK TUNAK TUN TARARA
Well shit now I can’t NOT hear it
Woop-woop, woop-woop gangnam style!
What the Paldean king heard as the four demons he accidentally awoke started going haywire on his castle.

Actually... they are "made out of" the treasures of ruin. The same which brought... calamities.
It all ties up per-fect-ly
“Treasures of Ruin” comes from in-game
This is about to be the peakest peak to ever peak..
[Tunak Intensifies]
Once I notice that, I cannot NOT ear it.
*Headbobs in Tunak Tunak*
bro cooked, this goes so frickin hard. I love it!
Hell yeah, jak tylko zobaczyłem, że robisz remixy z Pokemonów, miałem nadzieję, że ten będzie ^^
Yet another amazing remix! Thank you for this awesome song!

I rediscovered this track few days ago, and I was thinking about how good a remix of it from you would be. Glad to hear that banger!
Ah yes the opposites of the 4 legendaries from Sun and Moon.

@@tailsBOOM1992yeah but the weather Trio/ Quartet has the 4 legendary swords as their counterparts.
Been waiting for this one
Takes the vibe of the og song and doubles it. Very good!
great music
I love these covers! I’d love to hear The Legend of Dragoon symphonic metal covers if that ever becomes a possibility.
This is theme that would have played if they weren't nerfed right before Scarlet and Violet's release.
Wo-Chien my beloved
I have this mtf. It never wants to let me catch it. Always breaks >;(
Intense Bop!
Their design is PEAK imo
It's missing something, like a really cool Indian guy singing.
Waiting for the Kieran remix 🔥
Theme that plays when the Treasures Of Ruins have megas
Funnily enough, if their abilities get worse they might also get worse as a whole if that ever happens.
@@skywandererWhat if their abilities get reversed (Chien-Pao’s raises its attack, Chi-yu’s raises its special attack, etc)?

Damn! I didn’t think this song would go so hard in metal
TUNAK TUNAK TUN, TUNAK TUNAK TUN, TUNAK TUNAK TUN, DA DA DA !
This is my favourite theme from gen 9 fuck yea

It would’ve been great to rock out to this when SRing for a 0 Atk IV Chi-Yu.
Live Wo-Chien reaction :
