When is Rollins going to stop bailing her sister out of trouble she gets herself into? This is the reason I like Law and Order SVU... because the episodes reflect real-life situations. There are family members in reality like this sister that continue making piss poor decisions in life and then expect to be saved when things go wrong. In a way I feel sorry for Rollins because she is in a no-win position. If she bails her sister out of jams then she's enabling her irresponsible, selfish behavior and if she refuses to bail her out then she's turning her back on her family. I cannot stand characters like this and as far as I'm concerned the writers should either develop the sister Kim's character more if she's going to be recurring on the show or just get rid of her.
