    not sure if you did this off camera, but next time make sure you focus on negatives. they play a huge role when progressing to harder exercises, and you’ll progress way faster. for example in this video not only should you have done negatives, but you should’ve tried deep HSPU’s to get used to going that low, and also tried learning the 90 degree hold first. it’s just a combination of the 90 degree hold with a HSPU, so i wouldn’t recommend just attempting the move over and over again, even though it’s not a bad route to take. keep it up bro, you’re really getting there
    also you should learn some pulling movements next, like the OAP (one arm pull up) and muscle up if you haven’t already. train antagonist muscles. your pushing strength is at a crazy level, so now focus on pulling strength for antagonist muscles and you’ll be even stronger in pushing too, and you’ll lower your chances of getting injury by a lot.
    edit: sorry lol i didn’t look at your past videos but i did just now, so ignore the “work on muscle up and OAP part”, i’m not sure if you did the OAP already but if you didn’t then you should try that out.. maybe the one arm muscle up after too if you’d like

    How many days did you rest in between the days or was it all continuous, could you also explain the sets and workouts done?

    • @AhmEOfficial
      @AhmEOfficial  2 роки тому

      i only took rest days when i needed them. & for workout i did hspu, handstands, hspu negatives, pseudo planche push up, 90°hspu negatives, pike push ups, & practiced the same element again & again. & sets do depends on your strength, endurance level & that's all the exercises/progressions i did throughout the journey.

    i think you may be going down into elbow lever instead of bent arm planche btu i cant really tell honestly

    • @skeletonking8162
      @skeletonking8162 2 роки тому

      Nah lmao, elbow lever is elbows under the serratus anterior in order to maintain balance. My guy was leaning forward with the 90 which actually makes this movement even harder and puts more stress into the bicep, you can see how much his bicep formed over the month too from beginning to end

      I think the same. I believe the body would go lower in a true 90-degree hold.
