Thanks for the video! I ran into an issue where second gear stopped spinning once I pressed on the 3/4 driven gear. I flipped the center of the 1/2 hub selector when I pressed it all together the first time. I took it all back apart and flipped the only piece that I wasn't 100% sure I had on there right and everything pressed together smoothly! I still couldn't tell you which way the center hub selector is supposed to go, so be careful when you pull it off or mark the top when you are taking it apart. Mine fell apart on me when I went to clean it, so I should have been more careful.

so curious, do you guys not replace all the bearings, needle, tapered and ball bearings when theres a failure? Seems like something that is overlooked unless you did and it wasnt shown. Do you measure bearing preload when you do replace these bearings also?
I’m curious, Did you try to do cryogenic treatment and another kind of treatment to make it stronger for racing?

Wrx Sti 2016... Gear 3 crunches and gear 4 sometimes locks up and can't get it out, it can come out sometimes... What is the problem do you think?
My buddy has a 2004 dccd trans we swapped into his wrx. The car wont move in any gear. If the car is raised wheels off the ground the wheels will turn ever so slightly but on the ground it wont move under power. Any ideas what we should look for? We know the car it came out of was in some sort of accident so my buddy bought the whole drivetrain from the car
rear diff is wrong ratio ?

How much should an STI 6 speed tranny rebuild be? Mine is slightly grinding into 2nd and 4th suddenly. My shop wants 3500 for a "basic refresh" plus 600 for removal and install. And then any upgrades or replacements ontop of that.
I got quoted at Subaru 2700$ for just labor I supply parts lol
