Buying leather in Florence, Italy

This is a story about a leather jacket that I bought in Florence, Italy in November/10. It ripped when I got it home to Canada, tried to return it in April/11 to the store where I bought it. The guy working there, and the boss man were jerks, and rude, and would not return or exchange it.

Some one put this video under our compony’s name
We are nearly 40 years working we never had this terrible experience
So please explain where did you buy it and who name is and please put store pictures and the address and the picture of that
person we saw it says our video it’s not our video hope someone one can help us

Just bought my very first leather jacket on my first trip to Florence. I thought the shop, and owner, were honest. Today, the 2nd time I wore the jacket, it ripped near the seam on the side panel. I don't think the side panel is authentic leather. It is too stretchy. Is it likely I can get my money back? It is exactly 3 months since I bought the jacket. I hope I was not scammed like the Canadian lady on u-tube, her story is from May 24, 2011.

same thing happened to me. Bought a black leather moto, and i should have been suspicious from the start as my other leather jacket jacket feels thick and study, whereas my florentine one felt thin and smooth. after wearing it for roughly 6 months, one morning as i put it on half of the sleeve tore in two, partially at the seam, partially not. not sure if fixing it is an option (doubtful with a 6 inch tear) but i should have known 120 euro (180 dollar), leather jacket was too good to be true
