Not gonna lie to you I was getting ready for a boxing match and I lost 7lbs in the gym with the Albolene on and the sweat suit. And just worked the bag for 30 minutes. It works just be discipline afterwards because you’ll be hungry as shit
I am currently 125 lbs and need to be 118 lbs so I would be cutting 7 lbs and I need to do this within at least 14 days I’m a girl 14 and have my first match coming up so am looking for advice
My sauna place has a hot dry sauna and a cold plunge. What I do is water load the week before, then day before weigh-in cut water down drastically, night before do about do a lighter sauna session, then day of do hot 5, cold 1 minute on repeating cycles until I hit weight. I carry distilled water in case I need the satisfaction of drinking water but it just goes straight through lol
@@jesseespinoza5031 it was just a test to see how my body reacted the next 2 days. I woke up at 210 the next day and 211 the following day. I was fully hydrated when I started and started hydrating right after weighing myself. I did cramp up while doing Jiu-Jitsu the day after.
Oh ok. That’s good. The weight stayed off for the most part. Thank you for replying to my messages. Also how often do you do that type of weight cut or was this your first time trying it out? Thank you.
@@jesseespinoza5031 this was my first try you can see the whole video on the UA-cam channel. I did cramp the next day in training so I have to figure that out.
Don't waste your time doing this first. what you need to do first is run for 2 hours in layers and a sauna suit, then you can do this to finish the cut.
You gain it back because it’s water weight as soon as you rehydrate or consume anything. This is not for normal people to lose weight but for when fighters need to make weight at weigh ins before stepping in the ring.
in wrestling i just wear 4 layers and a hoodie while i train for 3 hours then jog for 30 minutes and i lose 15 pounds 😭
That's another way!
I do wrestling too but rn I'm 135 and gotta be 128 in a couple of days, lol I'm bouta do this🥲
@@SticksandStonesBJJ not a healthy way but yea💀

I gotta be 102 lbs by Tuesday. Rn I'm like 108/109. Does this work in a day or over some time?

Does the water weight come back after you rehydrate?
@@Himothy45 ummmm not really for me. But everybody body is different
depends on the weight of the water you put back in

Hot damn ima try that
Yard apes is Justin
I just ran with layers and i lost like 5 pounds
That's an option
So is the key that Abilene the cream you can put that on your body and then go and work out and that will help lose weight?
need some of that sweat lotion man
But what are you dropping? Water weight or body fat?
It's all water weight
Makes sense. Isn’t it pointless to drop all that water weight if your just going to get it back when you start to consume fluids again?

What happens when you rehydrate?
You do this before weigh ins and rehydrate after
What's the salt for ? Sodium absorbtion?
Open pores more sweat
I didn't see him stand on the scales at the start so just a scam
You can see the entire video on the channel
Is this safe😂?
I am still alive!
It doesn't matter if its "safe", you do what must be done to wrestle.
Only lost 2 pounds from doing this
You must be skinny or dehydrated😂😂😂

Won't you just gain that six pounds back? Or is that sustainable

I tapped out at 15 mins and my resting heart rate was up to 100 for a good 10-15 more mins after
