- today i'll be starting a new journal! i only started journaling last summer, so this will be my second journal- i’m slowly adding to my collection! this time, i documented the process and explored some more journaling ideas, including a gratitude log, affirmations, and a reading/watching log. i was able to do some deep reflection and felt so refreshed after filming! feel free to grab a notebook and journal along with me, or just get a snack and enjoy watching!

I was trying since the beginning of this year (3 months now) to find a "right" way/method to journal.
It was so frustrating to see people making aesthetic journals only & trying my hardest to achieve the same thing, when I am actually journaling as a part of my anger issues therapy.
I am so so glad I came across you, You made it a lot easier yet effective to journal this way.

This is what I'm looking for a simple journal but so minimalist. Because I don't rlly have so many stationary to use and I'm not that productive to do so many things such as doodling,headers and etc. Thank u so much for this video it motivates me to make a journal♡

This video helped me start a journal. I'm journaling in an A6 notebook. I mostly use a fountain pen, an ink eradicator, highlighters, gel pen and some washi tapes.
