Good Question, the best way is to just pump the foot pedal a bunch of times and it will push the fluid back down into the caliper and become a hard brake again. Enjoy The Ride, Jared

Hello, can something happen if i poured 450ml of oil instead of 500ml ?

I would recommend what the manual says for sure, to little oil it will burn up your clutch.
