SUPPLIES YOU'LL NEED //
▶︎ 5 mm single strand cotton macrame string in the following lengths:
- 3 pieces X 52" long (133 cm)
- 1 piece X 16" long (41 cm)
▶︎ 1" keychain ring with lobster clasp
▶︎ scissors
▶︎ comb
▶︎ macrame board with T pins or a cork board to hold your work

I was just wondering, how long have you been doing macrame for?
About 4 years now consistently, I started dabbling in it back in high school with the chunky hemp bracelets, but didn't really get into it until the last few years 😊
I had the exact same length you told me, they all came out uneven to where I couldnt finish the keychain. One string was like 5 inches in the end and one maybe 2.

Can I ask what size is the cord
Can I used jute strings?
Is this the same for left handed
Please mention Sizeof the string?
Good tutorial! Btw the cord is more of a 3mm not 5. I got 5 and it's way thicker than this one.

I struggled with this tutorial. There is too much white between the cord and the background for my eyes to distinguish what the knots should look like. My keychain looks nothing like yours and I ran out of cord. I also struggled to keep up having to rewind so many times
This was still quite hard to follow. I’ve done a couple keychain patterns similar to this and still had a hard time following along

I couldn't follow this at all - kept doing things with no commentary and I couldn't keep up.

Same here... Too fast and doesn't say when she moves on to next step. Now I have cut cord that hopefully I can try something else with.

you can also change the speed of the video to 75, 25 or 5 .. goes slower so you can follow Crystal. go to the 3 dots in the drop down list it is there. That's what i did, then i played it over n over again just practice the knots & undoing before i got it! Crystal has good tutorials. Thanks Crystal 🔮 😘 💖 you rock girl! xx
Can you go a little slower making half hitch knot , for beginners this is a bit confusing....
