      TRAINING TO REACH A SPIRITUAL AWARENESS.
      STEP #1:
      There are some easy ways to get the answers that provide the solutions to problems in the world today and even a person’s everyday life.
      In a sense, the training to do this usually involves a giving up of everyday worldly thoughts and habitual thinking. Instead, it focuses the thoughts and thought patterns on certain creative, positive endeavors -even if much of this involves reading, meditation and prayer, it is acceptable. The mind needs to be corralled within perimeters that allow it maximum calmness and peace. A prerequisite at a fundamental level of our awareness, is as the body becomes still the mind also becomes still. Practices that promote stillness of the body and quieting of the mind, then, become a medicine to the spirit of the practitioner.
      I believe this is, at least similar to "The King's Yoga" or a/k/a "Raja Yoga." Or something of the sort. There should be some ancient teachings on these types of methods.

    I began doing the Wim Hoff breathing method about a month ago, and I can add my voice to the choir, it really has begun to change my life in profound ways. I feel better, I have stopped taking Xanax for stress, and I'm more patient and thoughtful. I have even started to lose weight, and my diet hasn't changed at all.

    • @kriscontinuum3267
      @kriscontinuum3267 Рік тому

      @@ambermarie7880 I was taking the lowest dosage. I took it for about ten years, at first one time a day, then just one a day on bad days. I will tell you that I went through some serious rebound stress for a while, but I just rode out the storm and remembered to breathe and meditate. After being off it for about a year, I can say that I will never take it again. Xanax is not good for the human being, and is on a fast track to becoming the next drug crisis. Humans are built to handle stress, some of us just get a little more than others. We just need to find better ways to manage it. Be kind to yourself, you deserve it.

    Russell, I've been saying for years that when folk are stressed and toke on tobacco or drugs, that its their natural response to wanting to take in a deep breath! Diaphragmatic breathing stimulates the vegus nerve which activates the amygdala and thus switches our fight or flight response [anxiety/stressed state] back to rest and digest.

    I like this for sure. I learned deep belly breathing from playing the flute as a youngster and then years and years - actually decades worth - of meditation. But since you mentioned celery juice… if you are someone who is going from doctor to doctor and collecting diagnosis without much help, are in pain - either physically or emotionally, then for gods sake drink celery juice. Then read Anthony William text books to find out exactly why this helps so much and get other clues straight from source. What we breathe and what we consume matters. You didn’t ‘believe’ in illness. You are a host to nasty pathogens that feed off of foods (and heavy metals, which we are constantly breathing in by the way.) Don’t do this exercise with scented candles or air fresheners etc around you. 💝 Loving your videos, they are so refreshing. 💝

If you don’t have a juicer you can blend it ( without water) and then strain it in a fine mesh strainer or a cloth After juicing in a juicer it’s ideal to strain it as well, as the less pulp the better. I hope you feel better soon. Drink it first thing, or with an empty stomach as that is the best, and start slowly and build up as it is a pathogen detoxification expert. If you Google Medical Medium fatigue ( or any symptoms or diagnosis) a blog usually comes up with great information. The books are next level medical texts with recipes! For 10 years I went to doctors and told them I had a problem with my breathing, they were all confused. I felt like I was walking around suffocating and I felt fear all the time. I also had overwhelming and crippling anxiety with very little stress in my life. And don't get me started on the multiple chest infections I would get each year. Finally, a doctor in passing looked at me and said "You are shallow breathing". I had no idea what he meant. I scrambled to look online but couldn't find anything that gave me clarity. But when I changed my search to how to breathe properly, a whole world opened up. I had no idea we were supposed to breathe in our bellies, I was 45 years old and I had been breathing in my chest in a panic state my whole life. I was also mouth breathing, I had no idea we were supposed to breathe through our noses!! I worked hard and switched it right and I've had no chest infections, anxiety, or panic attacks ever since. And with every breath, I feel I'm healing. It's insane to me that they don't teach kids and teens techniques like this. Mindfulness, anti-inflammatory nutrition, mobility and movement, the importance of water, breathing, sleep techniques, meditation, CBT and distorted thinking. I could go on and on. Clearly, our doctors don't even know how to breathe properly, pushing anti-anxiety meds on me instead of saying hey breathe with your belly you dope. SMH.

    Breathing reduces stupidity in 2 ways:
    1 more oxygen to the brain improves it's function
    2 increases mental balance thus reducing fear, anger and the other emotions which cloud more rational and reasonable thinking.
    💚🌞👍

    • @Starry_Night_Sky7455
      @Starry_Night_Sky7455 3 роки тому

      Yeah true.
      Just to add to your second point...
      You mean that deep restful breathing can induce an autonomic state of relaxation, reducing fight/flight hormones which can result in a calmer being which should easily be measurable by blood pressure and pulse. Both should lower = relaxed state. 🙂
      Our perception provides feedback through the HPA axis -- fight/flight triggers adrenaline and raises cortisol output.
      If the amygdala in the brain (part of limbic system) is all lit up with activity, a person (and other mammals) may not be able to do complex brain tasks = becoming sort of "stupid" in such a heated fear induced moment. Its a fight/flight response. Its why horses might be calm one minute then spook into bucking or bolting, only to soon calm and go about munching grass like nothing happened.

    you will get double advantage if you do this exercise early morning i.e. at the time of sunrise since the oxygen is max at that time and always do it in open space
