Gateron browns felt like slightly scratchier reds. I'm never going back to those even at their relatively low price. Here's hoping the Tecsee Pandas are worth it, because I couldn't find any Akko Ocean Blues.
@Rezza Pradana Putra I personally prefer the feel of the coffee chip ice cream. But wife prefers the boba u4t. It's a preference thing...both are good in my opinion.
i bought 1 year ago the first feker panda and the "newer" v2. i am using the v1 right now and they are really good, i don't have any problem with them. the v2 are very good too and the quality is ok, they came very tactile and are "pre-lubed" switches
@@SomethingAzn the V2 are the ones with the double spring, but I think that all of them now are V2. The v1 came in a ugly cardboard with a sticker that said feker on it
lol first time I've heard about them, but now I'm really interested Where's a good place to get them? The ones I've found on aliexpress are about $0.7/switch which moves them out of the budget range 😢
@@SomethingAzn You can find them a bunch of places that'll advertise them at .49 per. But none of those places offer free shipping. You'll very rarely find them for a total cost of less than .70 per. And for whatever strange reason unlike 90% of switches where you get a discount by buying big lots all the places that I've seen sell groups of more than x10 size lots charge even more per switch. Distribution on them seems pretty wonky.
Do you accept requests? Since you already have both I was wondering what the tecsee purples housing would sound like with akko ocean blues stem? Or even the feker pandas
@@SomethingAzn i guess my only option is to get bobas if I want to upgrade them, what about Gat milkys or gat brown bottoms do those fit? Apparently the Gateron Yellow Pros or any of the pro versions have wider stem wells and could fit the poles. Was hoping if you could confirm if you have that switch
@@leinardesteves3987 Oh wow, okay. So I just checked again and the Akko stems definitely do not fit in the Tecsee housing. However, they barely just fit in the Gateron brown housing. It's a bit stiff, but I'm not sure if it's because of the wide rails or the different leg design.
@@SomethingAzn I just frankenswitched mine. Not sure if I'm just lucky but I was able to get full clearance with Gateron Blues + Akko ocean blue stem. They're definitely a lot quieter now. Though I have the Clear top gaterons, I'll probably swap them for milkys The bump is much more pronounced now, probably because of the gateron blue's leaf. Yet it's smooth and I'm able to bottom out with no sluggishness
Switches are very personal tbh I'd avoid cherry and gateron unless you want light tactiles Tecsee pandas are great for the money but might be too heavier for some people Akko ocean blue are very great to start with since they come in smaller packs
@@SomethingAzn Gotcha ok, I was thinking about getting a Ducky One 2 SF with the Polias so it'd be the same as most of the other switches that with it so I think in that regard that would be good Edit: Same as in price* some other switches cost more.

Incredible work bro. I'm sure that this video costed you a lot of effort. Thank you so much, you really deserve more views and subs. Thank you.
😊 glad it could help 👌
Very surprised at how well I liked the tecsee pandas..... thanks for helping me decide on a switch for my first build!
thanks for the conclusions!
prices are a bit higher than i'd like recently so i'll be holding back for now

They are supposedly recolored coffee chip ice cream which is my personal favorite tactile currently, even over u4t. I bet you will like it. Enjoy!

Akko CS Lavenders lubed for $40 on Amazon. Thoughts?
