Is it possible to fit a Canon 1DX Mark II body with a 300mm f/2.8 lens attached to it? Total length about 14". Maybe diagonally in the bottom compartment? Very hard to find a backpack without actually seeing a bag.
Question- I shoot canon and I was wondering would I be able to have my EOS R(mirrorless) along with my 100-400mm lense..,I’m hoping I’d be able to access this setup through the side entry pocket or would this lens be too big to have on my camera while in the bag?
This one is cheaper than nomatic backpack bundle. I will definitely consider this one instead, and its a 2-1 backpack with an option to expand both bags.
I took your words "it doesn't fall on its back"...later it fell with my 800$ lens inside😂. Thanks to the padding. Its still the best bag available in the market tho.
There are so many types of camera bags in the world. I also bought a camera bag the other day! I couldn't fit all the equipment and it was a lot of work ♬ The video was a lot of fun! I will come to play again. With love from Japan :)
It seems all the weight of the backpack is going to the perimeter zipper as the shoulder straps are attached to the back panel instead of the top part of the backpack. How is it holding right now?
Thanks for a great review: it had a lot of useful information and nothing that was superfluous, which I really appreciate. I'm pretty much sold on the bag. Was looking long and hard at the Lowepro Protactic, but the weight of this bag counts against it as does the too-squeezy-for-me laptop sleeve - mine is just a centimetre too large for it.
Looks really nice and very practical, very looking forward for the final release, i guess ill be ordering one but after kick starter finishes and they release final product
Ok, that was a crazy intro! Awesome! Well done. Can’t wait to get my Cam Backpack, looks pretty incredible. Thanks so much! ~Daniel F. Harb, ARRT, RT(R)
2.5KGs is no heavier than what the Crumpler Outpost would have been back in the day down under, but I think the OneMo looks really good and well thought out, however the RFID is a nice touch as long with the battery pocket as well. Expandable ability is a bonus point as well which makes it's a good selling point. How is it holding up?
I just got one, and I am kinda confused that there's no backside secret pocket with this little rain cover. Probably a new version where they removed it 😕
I really enjoyed this video. I'm looking for a very good and sturdy bag for my trip next year. I'm looking for something to hold my action camera, my DJI OM 4 and the DJI Mini 2 that I'm getting. So, my question for you is, would this bag be able to hold the bag that comes with the Mini 2 in More Combo set?
I bought this bag and your review was one of the main reasons for my purchase. I HATE the bag and after using it twice it sits in a corner of my closet. You totally ignore a number of the bag's faults (of course you do... never bite the hand that feeds you) Warning: if you shoot with a full size DSLR and you plan on actually filling the bag with REAL equipment, both those side access openings are too small and you have to take the entire bag off your back and open it like a book.... thus letting dirt, rain and passers by full access to all your equipment
Hello, Giles! How are you? You can not get the camera out from the bottom side pocket? The one that has room for the pouch to easily get in and out? I can easily get my Pentax K-1 old fashioned big ol' DSLR in and out of there. And most people these days have smaller cameras than my FF Pentax. I actually love the bag and chose to send back the highly acclaimed Peak Design everyday pack in order to keep this :) I wish you a nice day :) Best reg. Chris :)
After several yers, how do sealed zipper hold their "waterproofeness"? In my experience the "coating" which closes teeth tend to delaminate over the time thus making such zipper not that waterproof as they originally were.
This looks like a nice bag. But i dont understand why bag makers dont make a internal padded space for gimbals. Ive owned about four camera bags every one had plenty of space for camera gear and drones even hydration bladders but struggled to find any decent space for gimbals . I was never one that liked strapping my gimbal to the outside of the bag.
Gimbals are big and robust, so you can put it inside, but ot will take a lot of space. I usually put my gimbal inside, and rearrange the dividers for that. Sometimes if I'm caring a bigger gimbal, I'm mounting it outside.
if i carry the small bag as waist bag in the front and the backpack on my back, is the waist being attached around my body or to the anchor points of the backpack itself? also, can the waist belt be used as a supporting strap for the backpack without holding the small pack in the front? the waist support straps seem quite flimsy, will it cause any discomfort to the waist over longtime use ? thanks, rly thinking abt getting it, hope u can solve my doubts huh, can u try clamping the pd capture v3 onto the shoulder straps too? will it work? million questions million thanks.
Can you tell me please if does it fit a gaming 17.3" laptop 41,5 x 27 x 3,1 ~ 3,2 cm? I've checked on their website, but I'm still not sure. Thank you!
Hi Nemanja.Thank you for this great review. Just one question in order to understand how the main compartment is depth. Do you think one Nikon D750 with battery grip ( or Nikon d5 or Canon 1D markII as well ) would fit Inside? And do you think it would be accessable from the both two side openings in case it would be putted Inside from there? Thank you
How good is this OneMo backpack compared to Lowepro ProTactic 450AWII? As i understand the protactic was your best camera backpack...Can OneMo beat ProTactic?
Hi, Nemanja! First of all, thanks for great reviews! I've been thinking about buying the onemo, it has amazing features. The only thing I am concerned about is its weight. 2,5 kg seems too heavy. What is your experience with that? And also, does your back get sweaty after wearing it for a longer time? Thanks!
You're very welcome. I love that bag. Actually it is my goto bag. I'm using a Protactic AW II for longer trips and more equipment. But onemo for all other things. I don't find it heavy.
Nice review! Can you tell us if the back has some kind of internal "frame" to hold it's shape? I'm concerned about the weight of items in the top area crushing the lower compartment.
Hey sir love your Work so much ! You are a Genius just wanted to ask you can i get close to your level in atleast 1 year or is it too less ? BTW keep Up the work love it !
Amazing video. I have some questions concerning the bag: Can you tie a tripod on the bottom ? I have two tripods, one is 1.5 kg which i guess could fit on the side and one 3.5kg which could only fit on the bottom of a bag. This is why i am asking. Also, have you tried international flights in Europe with it ? I am thinking of using the messenger bag as a camera bag ( which we are allowed ) and putting my clothes+more equipment in the onemo bag which will be filled to the 40something liters capacity. What do you think ?
You can mount another tripod on the front of the bag. Don't know about the bottom. And about the flights, I did travel few times in Europe and had no problem at all.
