You. Are. SO. Inspiring. I used to work at a boutique & fell in love with the process, sadly the owner was not the nicest or fair person so randomly she laid off me & two other girls so her team could be her daughters friends, we had no time to find another job it was out of the random. I am upset but it only pushed me more to want to open my own boutique & you have helped me learn so much, im 18 & eager & ready to achieve what you have!
Can you make a video about your story? How you got started, how you earned start up capital and what made you want to own a boutique ?
I've been binge watching all of your videos the past week, and you've really answered so many questions and encouraged me to start my own boutique!
We live in a world of technology and online shopping. I think online would be great! You can have various size women model the clothes too so people can see different body frames. Also, specifying the measurements in the description of each product. I love watching your videos!! I am opening an online boutique soon and I’m super pumped because a 9-5 is not for me and and I love being creative and having something to do. I’d rather put all of my time and energy into something I own, rather than in something someone else owns where there is a cap on your income, time off, etc.
There is hope for me . . . I am a "professional half-asser" too!!!

Can you do a video on how you schedule your employees? How many do you have working during a shift? Do they have backup? What do they do if they have any issues? I assume you have workman’s comp etc. Any info like this would be great!!

How do you handle returns when people test you or act like you should take something back even though it’s against the policy? Or when people wear or wash things that break or shrink and they want you to take it back?

I’m a business owner too! I am a 25 year old dog groomer of ten years and its absolutely my passion. It’s a very different business but a lot of it is similar with regards to getting commercial space, hiring employees, managing books, etc. I really enjoy your videos so much and they have inspired me to share my business journey and tips with others.
Currently I work alone but would like to hire employees when I move into a bigger space in 2021. Do you have any tips for how to interview a potential employee to see that they are a good fit for your business?
And I would also love to see a video of how you got started with your boutique. I am so obsessed with empowering female bosses and story time videos of how people started their now-successful businesses are my favourite.

Hey Alli! I am thinking about opening up my own online boutique and I find your videos extremely helpful! I was wondering if you could maybe tell us more about photographing your products (do you do that yourself, what camera do you use, where do you find the models, what do you do with the clothes they wear for the shoot, etc.). As you can see I have a million questions about everything and any help from your side would be greeeatly appreciated! As I said I love your videos and your personality and would be very grateful for any more tips.

Did you take out a loan before opening your brick and mortars or was all the money saved from your personal account + earning from your online shop??
Thank you for your video, I can understand why you don't want to go through the stress of getting confrontational or physical with shoplifters. I do business in L.A. , so we tend to take an edgier stance on them. A friend of mine runs two brick and mortar Fashion Today boutiques and he holds firearms on the premises. This is in addition to hired armed guards the strip mall provides to the business tenants. So when the alarms fail, assailants don't have much hope getting away.
Swear we could be best friends. 😂
