Hey Alli! I love your videos. I wanted to ask your advice on returns address as well as merchandise address when ordering packs for your online boutique. Do you recommend getting a P.O Box to receive your packs of merchandise from wholesalers and for your customers to send returns or do you recommend using your home address?
I used my home address for the longest time because I didn't want to haul around boxes from the post office to my house. A PO Box would work just as well though!
A P.O. Box will only receive things from USPS so if the vendors or your customers send something via UPS, Fed Ex, DHL...etc, the Post Office won’t receive it. A UPS business mailbox will receive all mail, but they are a little more expensive than a P.O. box. You can get an actual street address with a UPS mailbox though, so when you apply for your business license, you can use your UPS box as your business address since they don’t accept PO Boxes for an address on a business license application (at least they don’t accept it in my area). That’s just another option. I would be way too scared to use my home address! Lol What if a disgruntled customer shows up? 😱 People are crazy!

Kinda effed up that you would put plants in your store & expect your employees to do the work to keep them alive when you can’t even do it. If I was your employee I would have told you right off the bat to take that plant elsewhere cuz I 100% would not be able to keep it alive. And I wouldn’t stress myself out to do so just because you wanted it without having the responsibility of it.
