Ingredients:
Sauce:
Mayonnaise - 150 g 🥄
Sour cream - 130 g 🥄
Salt - 1/2 tsp 🧂
Black pepper - to taste 🌶️
Garlic - 1 clove 🧄
Lemon juice - 1 tsp 🍋
Filling:
Cabbage - 350g 🥬
Cherry tomatoes - 150 g 🍅
Beans - 300 g 🫘
Canned corn - 300 g 🌽
Herbs - as desired 🌿
Preparation:
Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and sour cream. Add salt, black pepper, pressed garlic and lemon juice. Mix everything thoroughly.
Preparing the cabbage: Finely chop the cabbage and gently crush it with your hands to make it softer.
Add the vegetables: Slice the cherry tomatoes in half. Mix the kale, tomatoes, beans and canned corn in a large bowl.
Add the sauce: Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables and mix well.
