I could not understand how we could reactivate water-resistance? Via special detergent that you advised or via drying machine? I already have a feather jacket and always dry in machine, but cannot achieve same resistance performance before. Your advices are appreciated.
Hello, the detergent is just for cleaning, not for water-repellency. However, we have a special water repellent liquid that can be added in the softening tank (very important). Or, once the product is cleaned and dry, you can vaporise a waterfproofe spray. Have a nice day

Why tennis ball is needed???if we do not have tennis ball what we will do???
Tennis balls are needed because it prevents the down to aggregate during the cleaning. If you don't have tennis balls, better don't machine wash your jacket.
