UA-cam totally needs a better algorithm. I've been looking for a video just like this for like 2 months lol. So glad I finally stumbled on to yours. Love all these tips and ideas
I'm an online officiant of symbolic ceremonies (non legal) ....through experience I suggest 1) you carefully think of sound if having an outdoor wedding. Wind can play havoc if the couple aren't miked up. 2) "throwing" a bouquet from one screen into another is a great visual trick. 3) Finally, get your guests to check their mirror setting if holding up a word or message... so it's not reversed 😉
- ideas for weddings with restriction (like buying matching masks for your bridesmaids so pictures look nice, how to manage social distancing yet still have fun, etc)
Getting married outside does not mean the lighting is automatically good. Check the position of your camera so you are not in silhouette. Rehearse at the same time as your ceremony so the sun is in the same position
I'm planning a zoom wedding for 50+ people, which should last for 90 minutes and I know you mentioned in the video that you would need to use the pro version but I wanted to know would I need the Webinar add on as well?
andrelee lee oh wow, awesome! And congratulations! I think that a pro version of Zoom would work fine for you as you can have up to 100 people with no time limit. I don’t have any personal experience with the webinar add-on but I have a feeling it has more of a business-y and a bit less of a ‘personal’ feel to it (for example, I’m not sure if the attendees can see and interact with each other).
Good question! If I were you, I'd try not to have any breaks and instead, keep the whole thing short if possible. People get so-called "Zoom fatigue" so keeping it 45 MAX (total) is what I would recommend.
@@BrittanyPlansaWedding thank you for the advice! In tht case i may choose to stream one of the ceremonies as we will hv the civil and religious ceremony on the same day at different locations. So it will be tricky to hv everyone wait online.

Amanda Montanez You’re sweet!! I’m not sure how to get the word out for more people! I appreciate you saying that 💕
It would be nice to have something entertaining like the slide show while people are arriving and waiting for the wedding to start.
Yup, that's a cute idea!

Oh, great points, thank you!
You should do a whole series on weddings in 2020. I think it would be helpful for a lot of brides! 🥰
Oooo great idea! It's crazy out there right now, isn't it??
- how to plan a wedding during a pandemic (like what to do when things are closed. For example, virtual venue tours, cake tasting at home, etc)
- ideas for weddings with restriction (like buying matching masks for your bridesmaids so pictures look nice, how to manage social distancing yet still have fun, etc)
-If you had to postpone your wedding what to do in the meantime if you already have basically everything planned (I personally need this one!!) haha
- how to not become stressed when you have to postpone your wedding. Having a happier longer engagement! (I Need this too) haha
What is the name of the online wedding?how do I apply?do they have website?
This is such a helpful video in this time!! (: I’m hoping next year I don’t need to have a zoom wedding but it’s still good to know just Incase!
Thank you!! Same. I see all the benefits of a Zoom wedding but I'm holding onto the "in-person" for next summer! Let's think happy thoughts... :)

Good
Thanks!
hi, how about loading videos during the zoom event, like when there is a break between the ceremony, how can we keep the guests engaged?
