    Did this practice for the first time this morning and loved it! Really like the body scan part at the end, but it works a little differently for me - as I bring my awareness to each area of my body, movement happens! It’s a way for me to work out some more kinks, literally and figuratively! Really appreciating your videos 👍. Thank you so much!
