This month is Mental Health Awareness Month. This also marks one year since have been in a pandemonium ! Health Care Workers work endless hours to provide care to thousands of patients in hospitals and all around the world. However often times they forget to care for themselves which leads to burnout , stress and depression. That's just to name a few . In this video I wanted to shed some light on some simple self care activities that can help address some of the physical and mental needs of health care providers (nurses doctors nursing assistants all health care providers)
