I'll try the starch. Instead of a fork I used a pet hair brush did the whole stairs and 1 bedroom in 15 mins. I'll try the starch. I know as soon as I step on it, it will go flat again at the moment but looks awesome after it is brushed.

I have really damaged feet carpet is life saver for my bare feet.

2 minutes for a small square of carpet? Lol this is an advertisement of why you should just replace it if it’s this worn out. Maybe this is more practical for smaller rugs that you don’t want to replace.
1) this was a tutorial. why would he show the whole carpet? 2) in this economy, not everyone has the funds to just go out and buy new carpet. & even if they do, some live in apartments and aren't allowed to. i personallly have the credit that i can go ou and finance new flooring for my enire house which i would LOVE!! But why would i? whynot throw some startch on it make it last a little longer and just save up for it and pay cash for it. maybe put a litttle extra in my retirement fund and some iin my grandchildren's college funds. starch is cheap and easy to make...you don'thave to go out and buy a $5 dollar can of it!i do a lot of sewing so i use it all the time... my being frugal coes from being raised by my grandmother who lived through the depression. i was raised by the saying, "a penny saved is a penny earned" i've earned a LOT of pennies.
