I purchased a fully loaded 2017 Lacrosse with the premium trim level and couldn't be happier. I absolutely love the way it rides and handles, especially with the sport setting on. It has so many options I'm having a blast learning them all. It is by far the quietest, best riding, and best driving car I have ever owned. It handles like a dream on any road I’ve throw at it, has plenty of power, gets excellent gas mileage and is super comfortable for long trips. And I think it is the most stylish car on the market, not gaudy but sophisticated in its looks and styling. I tested a number of competitive models from Lexus, Kia, Hyundai, Nissan, Acura, BMW and Lincoln and they just didn't compare to this car on features for the price and in many other ways. Anyone wanting a luxurious, quiet, great handling car, with plenty of power may want to take a look at the Lacrosse!
All of my research shows the Buick LaCrosse being the best pick from almost every vantage point. I've had exceptionally good fortune with very dependable Buicks most of my life and having driven the new Avalon and Lexus (and most other similar brands) I believe they just don't compare to the power, comfort, handling, quality, and fuel mileage of the LaCrosse. It's likely a wash on maintenance costs but from what I see the Lacrosse is also better in its safety ratings than the Avalon, mostly 5 star vs 4 star for the Avalon. Lastly, I also find the layout of the dash and instruments on the LaCrosse much better than either the Lexus or Avalon. I spent a lot of time comparison shopping and am happy to finally find an American car that is second to none in its class. I don't believe you can go wrong with the Buick.
I had owned corvettes, cameros, BMWs as a young man but now as an older guy, I need to be pampered! must be quiet, smooth, and limo like so the Lacross works for me.
My parents have one fully loaded, and I've driven many nice cars. We've always driven GM in my family. This was by far the nicest car I've ever been in and driven. And it did feel better than the 2014 Impala they had before; it just felt a bit better put together somehow.
You really don't expect Kelly Blue Book to make such great reviews. They're funny, decently short, and full of all the good information. I've enjoyed every one I watched. Plus I can fully relate to whats going on in Zach's head. ( except the furries )
People are complaining that the design is conservative or "boring" but that's whats going to make this car timeless. It's still going to look classy 10 years from now. Cars like the over-styled Maxima won't age as gracefully.
Good review, but the LaCrosse is NOT on the same chassis as the Impala. The old 2nd gen LaCrosse was (Epsilon II), but this is on the much lighter P2XX chassis, which is one generation newer. If the Impala remains FWD, I am sure it will migrate to this platform eventually, but it has not yet (nor has the Cadillac XTS, which is the other full size Epsilon II).
Its nothing special, but tbh thats probably its strong point. Its not ugly like Lexus ES or TLX, its not as sport oriented as Mercs or BMW, its just normal. Its a driver car that will get you A to B without complaining
Impala for the win! Coming from a Buick guy. The stop start was a deal breaker. Got me a 2019, last full year of Impala. LaCrosse ended March of 2019, Impala ended Feb 2020. RIP 6 cylinder sedans.
@@andrewmeyer849 Yes, smoother ride, no Stop / Start and better tranny, 6 speed, tried & true whereas the 8 speed in LaCrosse is problematic after 35,000, dealers have a band aid fix for the next 30,000. This is why GM went to a 10 speed fairly quickly. Impala also has sound deadening and autistic class. All that and save about 4-6K.
Look, I come from a family that lived on 6 Buick LeSabre's from 1961 to the last year they rolled off the line... so I have a great deal of affection for the nostalgia and the brand. However... 3-1/2 seconds after you sign on the dotted line to buy this thing...it will lose about 40% of its value. Get in and drive it off the dealer's lot... Probably another 10%. To compare this to a Lexus that costs 5K more and make a buying decision??? Come on people, we all know this one :(
To each his own. As for me if I want the best I'd choose a Porsche or Mercedes but at this time the Buick Lacrosse is the best for me. For me, it is better than the Lexus ES 350 and Toyota Avalon. You have your opinion and I have mine.
Touchscreens worry me. They will definitely cause accidents,We have bans on holding a mobile phone in a car but you can push buttons to your hearts content, taking your attention from the road. Happened to me the other day & the Lane change alarm went off.
It's nice but I wish they would stop putting wifi in cars. Having it emit from your phone and your car.... so close all the time is not good. Even a router's manual tells you that it should not be within 6 feet of you for any length of time...

Bill A. I'm interested in buying this car. I'm trying to compare it to the Toyota Avalon but prefer a car with cheaper parts.

Looking at your suit, tie and a studio photograph, made me realize I can't afford this car?
@@akilghosh Not a fully loaded one. 😂
@ Bill A. Any update? How's the reliability holding up so far after 2 years of ownership?
New Buicks look REALLY good! Might be having to make a change in my car buying process...
The interior looks almost exactly like the BMW 5 series. Not that that’s a bad thing
Brian The Explorer NOOOOOO 😫😫😢

i love the styling on this thing, it's not obnoxious and yet it says it's classy.
@cancercell it's a nice mix between luxury and sporty
2:27 Holy crap 😂
These guys make great reviews.
Lmao in this review, we find out what kind of thoughts auto journalists have when reviewing Buicks
This is one seriously good looking car.
Arslan Khalid I agree! 👍
Looks like Zach and the Buick both went to the gym.
KBB and Motortrend uploading at the same time? Time to grab popcorn!
richard165s I'm not here for the car, I'm just here because it's kbb. also saw motortrend.
Really impressed with Buick on this one. Looks great and is simple.
Will Agreed!
It's giving me some sort of a sentimental feeling. I'm loving it.

I cant believe this is a GM. Good job. that interior is shocking for a GM. cadillac take note. no one wants a black plastic slab in a luxury car!
Cadillac is GM, too.
@@Fools_Requiem Buick is GM. Cadillac is also GM. Buick is better. Your point?
@@frankfarago2825 It's the same company. Saying "Cadillac take note" is like saying "GM take note of the vehicles you are making".
I've been driving a LaCrosse , for almost a year. I'm very impressed with this car !
lol I liked the little mind montage
i love Buick's new design
Mister Mood I as well. It looks awesome!
This car is beautiful.
BladeEdge1221 Agreed! sleek and awesome :)
Amazing 😉
There's a man comfortable in his own thoughts.
Buick is unlike GM, one a kind car
Awesome Buick Lacrosse))))
MegaRetr I agree!
Nice car. The Lacrosse has really grown up.
great job once again

yay furries

The Lacrosse looks very sharp. Might be my next car after my Fusion

Now that I'm approaching the age 30, I don't mind driving a Buik

I thought the same thing. I'm always amazed how many mistakes the so-called 'experts' make.
Compared to the XTS Caddy, the Buick is far better, nicer, more pleasing, a better buy all around.
interesting how the interviewer craps on this wonderful car. great design. not boring at all
Looks like grandma's gonna get a new whip!
I just bought a new Opel Insignia which has 2.0 diesel. The car shares similiar features with Lacrosse.
This is such a good looking Buick. It's a shame though I have not seen any on the road yet.
He threw shade at the Lexus ES, but guess which car is still going to be in production next year.
This should be the next Holden Caprice if we can't get anything rear wheel drive in Australia
Car looks sleek and awesome!
Was this video shorter than your other Ines because this is a Buick?
是的
2:46 loved seeing that suspension
This car is gorgeous!!!
Very nice for a buick and the price is right
Cool Opel, i see!

Nice! looking pretty nice Buick
I had the 2014 and the drivers seat wasnt comfy at all but this model actually feels great and I love it
How is the maintenance?
Re: The tracking shot from 5:11 to 5:37. Was that done with a Steady-Cam? If so, nice work.
Looks like the camera is on a gimbal from the sudden panning movement.
Just an aside... The music in this video struck me as REALLY good.
Oh. And nice car, by the way.
Similar interior likely for the Regal wagon?
When does a train through?, When did the Buick go 60 mph?
First time seeing this new design.. This boy is niiiiceeee.

Confirmed what I was suspecting... Base model is well appointed, higher trims offer unnecessary refinements for a disproportionate premium
nice car..the front end is very refined.
Ah, it's an Impala! I knew it looked familiar!
Why am i so intrigued
Please get a 2017 impreza to review soon
Those seats are awesome , the impala seats the same?. Kia Cadenza gives Buick a run for its money.
Kias are garbage.
Go play in traffic
Too bad it's a kia
Motorhead, lol I watch their reviews, even after buying my car last month. Buick is one of the few American cars I'd check out.
Lovely Buick.
Honestly anyone whining about the auto stop start is a baby. It’s fine, smooth and saves gas
Is this car not the same as vauxhall insignia?
It is not. You're thinking of the Buick Regal.
thats really good for v6 mpg

Didn't expect to see a furry at 2:36 in a KBB video.
Isn't a Lacrosse more Lexus LS or Acura RL sized?
Impala exterior+Buick interior = the perfect GM Car
is not an special car..... but good video!
for people looking for comfort it is special
tinleo333 no doubt, it is a good option but not the best including comfort

DavidElCid300 The LaCrosse is usually chosen in comparison tests with ES350 for about a decade now. :)
The Chevrolet Impala rides on an older platform compared to the Buick Lacrosse. The Lacrosse is much more modern and premium compared to the Impala.
SuperHollowfied yeah Kbb was so wrong about that lol. It rides in a stretched Malibu platform if I’m correct
The Impala does look better, but is only available with a 6 speed trans and no AWD option.
can we get a regal review ?
I like it only the rear styling has me wondering. its an exact copy of the new Volvo s90
With a cabin so quiet, I can hear myself think ...... but with looks only a mother could love and appreciate
Of the few dislikes is the steering wheel design
waitin for the RoadMasta
Dream first car.
Why, oh why do Buicks lack thigh/hip support??? Going back to the 1970s..80s..I can't ever recall a front seat in a Buick having thigh support.
What was the music called that was used in this video?
Looks good
Beats the Lexus ES each time or is compared. Now the 2019 Lexus ES does not offer AWD or rear heated seats the the comparison is moot.
WOW good looking car!!
No ambient lighting on the dash or door panels
I like this better than some Cadillacs
I love that green 🌴🐊🍊💯👌🏿
Loving the furry roast 😂
Hmm I like it.
Front looks like Benz the back looks like opel
В таком цвете, в такой комплектации, особенно салон, это бомба!

HID headlamps may be standard, but they're pretty poor when it comes to illuminating the road.
Are you serious?
Yes. There are good HIDs and bad HIDs. Even a good thing can be badly designed. That's exactly the case here.
Kinda has that a4 center stack
Whats the music? (:
I don't like the fact there killing the V8 engines 😐
so the impala is cheaper ?
