The 2017 model marks the 3rd generation and is all new and redesigned with 4 trim levels offered ranging in price from $32,065 for the base FWD to $43,265 for the Premium AWD model. The trim tested in this video is the Premium FWD model. The LaCrosse shares its platform with the Chevy Impala.
Under the hood is a 3.6 liter direct injected V-6 engine that makes 310 horsepower and 282 lb-ft of torque. Fuel economy is helped via a start-stop system and cylinder deactivation. Numbers comes in at 21 MPG in the city and 31 MPG on the highway.
The 2017 Buick LaCrosse provides a smooth ride, composed handling, and an extremely quiet cabin. The roomy and nicely appointed interior really helps sell the car. This car is one of the best large sedans on the market.
