Wow what a home. I absolutely love the garden (I agree Merusha, it's magazine worthy). Thank you so much for the wonderful presentation Jeolle. Merusha wonderful work as a camera lady (Xavier will be proud or jealous). Wishing you even more growth and wealth LuxLiv.
@@mxdesign2707 Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled that you enjoyed the tour and loved the garden as much as we do.Here’s to more exciting projects and growth ahead! 🙌🔥
This house reminds me of the zen residents you once toured with a blàck exterior especially the entrance with the glass wall looking out the plants and trees and the layout is almost the same looks like both houses we designed by the same architect. My favourite part of the house is definitely the back yard.
@@zethumajeke7508 Great observation! There’s definitely a similar vibe with the use of glass and natural elements-it really brings that indoor-outdoor harmony to life. The backyard is a gem too. It’s such a relaxing space. Glad you enjoyed the tour! 🙌
The plot and position is excellent indeed. I however think the finishes are nowhere close to R20m, and while the plot presents extension possibilities the house layout will not make it flow well - it can however be transformed, and the main made bigger to look the part too (its patio cannot be so smaller than the kids’)
I saw the front of the house, Its basically two garages and the hidden walkway, The front of the house is not worth R20 million, Ive seen R2 million houses with a better front. The developers didnt put any effort whatso ever on the front of the house. You guys usually show the whole property. Maybe thats why you didnt show us the front of the house and just focused on the back yard, coz its hideous. 😂
@@DumisaniKhumalo-e1f Thanks for sharing your thoughts! We understand that everyone has different tastes, and while the front design may not be for everyone, this property truly is a masterpiece. With four garages and a stunning tree-lined entrance, the focus here is all about blending with nature and creating a serene, private space for its owners. While some owners like the flashy curb appeal, others opt for subtle understated designs. We wanted to showcase what makes this home truly special, from the backyard oasis to the luxurious interiors. We hope you enjoy the full tour and appreciate the unique beauty of this home!
@@LuxLivpropertiesI agree with Dumisane to some extent, and in particular the garden can make do with proper pruning and deforestation to allow for the nature lovers you are talking about (and I happen to be one of those bar the fact that I love cleanliness and order too). Also, to install a gate and -last trees in front of it can only mean bad planning - which could be true for the garden too ( for example why would you want to hide natural areas with huge trees/bushes where you have no neighbours? This seems to me a result landscapers planting wildly, getting a beautiful garden when it is young, and surprising the owners when it grows out of proportions in a few years - with mixed types of plants that ordinarily do not go together
You ladies are doing a fantastic job, you complemented each other so well.

Nice camerawork, Marusha. Smooth, slow panning, nothing jerky and fast. Well done!

This house appeared on top billing, some few years ago.
