Vibrating Funnle with a static charge near the end to pull heads away from the flow and off to a collection chamber onto the sides. Pour the material through the funnel untill all the heads are statically seperated.
My attempt at making a simple set of machines to automate the job. 1st machine I have no idea what you are making, But, If you can charge it then drop it through a hopper/exit shoot, where one side of the hopper is charged towards what you want and the other charged towards the chaff, you could probably leave most of the work up to gravity, and the natural static Pull. Put a collector under the side that is charged correctly and due to gravity the wanted item should always fall towards the charged side of the output(Maybe a slight backward angle on the charged side to further separate the product), the stronger the charge the more it should be pulled towards the attracting surface. Cody's Lab did something similar to that in order to sift Magnetite from Sand if you need a video to understand or if I am unclear. Though TBH I am not sure You could probably automate Charging it with Swisher brooms/spades on a slanted cloth(or whatever material you want to pull electrons from/to) conveyor belt. 2nd Machine Alternatively, a double conveyor. Bottom conveyor helps build charge(Material that loses electrons) while slowly moving towards Chaff deposit. Top Conveyor presses against lower conveyor parallel for most of it's journey, and compresses lightly against product moving at a slightly slower rate, Top belt shakes/vibrates a tiny bit, This vibration/ and compression should charge the Item you want charged. Top Conveyor is made out of a material that the charged product sticks to. Chaff falls off of bottom conveyor at end, Product stays on top conveyor and gets brushed/guided/squeegeed off towards a collector. The Top Belt should be shorter, and slightly angled up towards the end. A product catch sheet can/should be put between the two belts near the end where the Top belt starts angling up to catch the charged product(I would probably put the brush/squeegee on the underside near here but anywhere after the belt separation is done would work.) -You can layer belts/Directly feed to a redundant separator until acceptable collection percentage. Then again I am neither an engineer or a scientist. Everything I said could be wrong, and I barely know what you are making. I only ask that if it works and you make a machine I want 1% Annuity XD Hell I might have just made a bunch of word salad, and looked like a fool... None the less I got to visualize some simple machines That I know could do what I want even if I explained them poorly.
Hello from Medellin, Colombia, yesterday I made my first static Hash with the Moroccan method. with stainless steel sheets, but it had a very light silk fabric and it broke with friction. my question is: what material do you recommend for the cloth, on which the static is generated with friction? thanks, very good videos.
Nylon. Many plastics work so I suggest you look at the Tribo Tuesdays series in this channel to learn core concepts. Typically we use screens used in the silk screen industry. It’s what they use to print logos on tshirts. Saludos y mucha suerte.
@@SamboCreeckFiltration absolutely not… you need to use different nylon bags with specific micron measurements in order to capture the different purities. 90-75-60-45 and 30 microns. 90 will capture and impurities and the smaller the micron the higher quality.
Collaboration is how everyone wins here! Awesome example for the community!

This is incorrect. Perhaps you are referring to CWE and not static.

Great content💚💚👍👍
Great work!
Does temperature affect conductivity?
Temperature affects charge. Cold hash won’t charge.
aaaa not cold hash@@SamboCreeckFiltration
What kind of metal is in the separator tool?
Excellent video, we need a simple automated solution can't wait what you come up with
Demos are going out soon hopefully. Let’s see how they work in the wild. 😅
Ever hear of electrostatic maybe a charged sheet of metal or paddles?
Hey man I think this is genius wow Thanks for the info bro
I understand the process I just do not know what these guys are doing it for .
kief/hashish trichome heads off the cannabis plant
Taking the plant material out of the kief, most likely to be sold as a higher quality hash or to be pressed into rosin

Morroco is making kilos
And we are on our way to help make 🔥
This is the Pakistani Methode in Marokko you will only find drysift wich is made with different mesh types it Look like they are playing on a drum !!!
Caca 😢
That's what I was 1 day my own cannabis farm and online brand
No you’re kidding 😮

awesome man! keep up the good work!
Thanks a ton!
