    I wonder if adding a cooling variable, such as dry ice or liquid nitrogen, to the process would increase the likelihood of separation of the heads from unwanted material? I've not seen the machine, as you mentioned, but you mentioned tumbling, and adding the cooling system to -90 (-) -120 C would be a neat experiment. Either way, solid work so far (as an appreciative engineer).

      Yes we beleive cryo sifting is a great SOP to liberate heads. We are still perfecting this and appreciate any feedback on this. The theory is that brittle heads will easily decapitate. SOP is important as much as setup as you can make heads brittle and crack. For now we believe this is the way to go.

      @@SamboCreeckFiltration Awesome. I love to see the data giving you direction. If you are collecting as many variables as possible to drive your conclusions, I would highly recommend a program called Minitab for data analysis. I used it for years and I can't express how useful/powerful it is.
