U still can cheese the cpu with beams , special and ultimates. But for sure in hand to hand combat the cpu can be quite adaptative and probably the more you play in a single session and the more it adapts, it is a fine example of machine learning.
I wish there were more requests for a more difficult CPU 'cuz the dev team is really good at implementing feedback it seems. Hopefully someone finds a way to mod it
