Timmy! The thing to do with the bread is to toast it and use it later for a sammie (especially grilled cheese.) That chicken looked legit amazing. You could see the dry seasoning coating everything, as well as the sauce. Incredible! I'm SOOO jealous. Timmy, the heat in that is an oil,so milk,bread anything that will cut the oil,NOT water. Most likely Carolina reapers, they will kill you. I made homemade Nashville hot chicken and it has all sorts of stuff in it. Creole seasoning,garlic, smoked paprika, brown sugar etc. The secret to the crunch is corn starch in the breeding. I am obsessed with the flavor.
Up here in Menomonee falls Wisconsin we have Dave's Hot Chicken. All the different spice levels up to the reaper the tenders that come on bread the chicken slider sandwiches, mac and cheese, kale slaw and crinkle fries. Yumminess

Every Nashville hot chicken place I’ve gone to looks to be similar. The tenders come with pickles and bread. The difference between the places I’ve gone to and what you’re eating is that all the places I’ve gone to (which is like 5 places) is that the fries are crinkle cut and seasoned with more than just salt. Also all the places have a sauce that is like canes, a pinkish orange looking sauce that is so good
That mac n cheese looked so good! Im a little sad they are more on the frozen mac vibes. My fave restaurant mac n cheese is 100% Panera's, the mac n cheese slays me every time!
That's the only style cole slaw I make, the vinegarette style. I can't stand mayo based coke slaws. I just made some last week and piled it on my bbq pulled pork sammies, sooo yummy! From what I understand the bread is to break off in pieces to eat the chicken with so as not to singe your fingers from the spice. In practice, as you point out, the bread sops up the extra spice so not sure that works so well. I always get a side of just pickles because nothing cools the burn like pickles IMO. BTW: Hattie B's hottest is called "Shut the Cluck Up." 😉

The best thing to do when eating super spicy foods is eat some vanilla ice cream. My first stepdad (who was full blooded Mexican) taught me. My daddy was a smart man 💜. The reason being the ice cream will coat your stomach.

Southern greens can be a combination of collards, mustard and turnip greens. They're all yummy to me.
right it could be any combination. you can cook any greens Southern-style as well. i sometimes cook kale with seasoning meat and it’s delicious!

If u add a little corn starch to your flour b4 frying it keeps it crispy....i think baking powder does that too....those tinders looks legit!!!

The coleslaw that way where i live is just called slaw, it goes great on ham or pulled pork sandwiches, so yummy. Gives such a good crunch!

It's remains crispy because the sauce is actually hot seasoned oil. When you dredge deep fried chicken with more oil it stays crispy.

Nope, the bread slice is just traditionally served with Nashville hot and other southern dishes, it soaks up the sauce.
