To make it lower cost you need to find supplier who can supply raw material at lower rate. You can buy in bulk to buy cheap.

You can do only in Govt Approved Industrial area . Not in commercial area

It's ok to have D. Pharma or required only B. Pharma degree??
Degree in science or pharmacy or equivalent is required.
Is there requirement of pharma degrees to set up plant ?
No. You need to hire person who has qualification for getting license.

Sir your info is helpful but I must say that your calculation of cost estimate is incorrect. I have setup Tablet section in cost of only 5 lakh for machinery.. I am not sure exactly how you came up with 50 lakh number as it’s extremely high. Entire manufacturing unit with tablet, capsule, powder I have setup in only 8 lakh including cost of partitions, plumbing, electric works.
But anyways great video while I was setting up the unit I referenced your video many many times.
