Can we repack sterile medical device in India by Importing sterile medical device in bulk as RM?
Do we need to carry any tests in India for repackaging and relabelling activity.
Can we get exemption to outsource Micro Lab activity as there is only repacking and relabelling of pre sterile devices ?
In MDR 2017 above queries are not addressed.

Yes you can repack. Yes you need to do all test of product as per respective ISO standards. yes you can outsource all testing activities.

There is no such license like Cosmetics Repacking License. You need to obtain Cosmetics Mfg. License. You can repack under that license.
Sir what is type of license needed for someone who want to run the cosmetic business manufacturers and sell through home
To manufacture you need Cos-8 License. To trade Cosmetics no license is needed.

If u want to sterilise other company products by ETO you need to take Medical Device Manufacturing License’s MD5 and MD9
Education kinta required hai
(a) a person who holds the Diploma in Pharmacy approved
by the Pharmacy Council of India under the Pharmacy Act, 1948
(VIII of 1948) or a person who is registered under the said Act,
or
(b) a person who has passed the Intermediate examination
with Chemistry as one of the principal subjects or an examination
equivalent to it or an examination recognized by the Licensing
Authority as equivalent to it; or
(c) a person who has passed the Matriculation examination
or an examination recognized by the Licensing Authority as
equivalent to it and has had not less than four years’ practical
experience in the manufacture, dispensing or repacking of
drugs.]
