You can make only cleaning agents at home. Disinfectant need to be made under Drugs License.

if i am outsourcing the product (phynyl & toilet cleaner )from third with packaging ,all i will do is branding and selling?

if yes then what is the qualification criteria to obtain tha licence?
If you are outsourcing from manufacturers with packaging that means product is already labelled. You do not need any FDA sale license as these products are exempted from sales license. Also pl note that you yourself can not paste any label on it.

Its very use full & Informative .My question is for example If i buy there plant rejection for Hand Wash , Toilet Cleaner & Floor cleaner from manufacturer and he sells it to me as a scrap can i Repack and sell it by my own brand. any trading or repacking licence to be obtained.
I will not use Germ , Disinfectant term in my brand sticker.

sir we are manufacturer of a disinfectants electrolyte which further used in manufacturing of other disinfactants products for the purpose of floor cleaning and instrument cleaning. Do we need a manufacturing lic on MD3 or nedd a drug lic .on form 25

Since no Drugs License is needed for these products therefore we can not comment on them.
I am taking phenyl concentrate and making finish phenyl and packing in bottle with my own brand. Do I need license? I am just using Perfumed cleaner and ingredients (pine oil,emulsifier and fragrance)
If you write it kills germs then you need license. If you add ingredients that kill germs you need license. If you use only soap perfume or pine oil then you do not need license.

Kindly clarify me if I want to sell acid containing floor cleaner(manufacturered from 3rd party ) which lisence is required?
If you want to manufacture Black or White disinfectant then you need license on Form 25 as per Drugs and Cosmetics License. However if you want to make disinfectant to sterilise Medical Devices then you need to obtain license on Form MD-5 as per Medical Devices Rules 2017. Call me 9896133556 if more information needed.

You can not repack products with germs kill claim and Cosmetics. Rest you can relabel and sell.

No you can not make any herbal product at home which you want to sell in market. you need to take license from FDA which they wont give at home.

Sir ji i started my small business of manufacturing liquid detergent, toilet cleaner (packing is like harpic ), floor cleaner (which is actually green phenyl) but as i dont hv license i m not writing it phenyl and dish wash .
I dont have much support it will be very helpful if u could tell me if i need any license or document apart from gst and udhyam.

Answer to question 1 is No.
Answer to question 2 is You need Cosmetics Mfg License on form 32.
Answer to question 3 If you do not write germ killing then you do not need Drug Mfg License but if you are applying anything on your body for cleansing then you need cosmetics license.

In Schedule Q of Drugs and Cosmetics Rules specifications of Black and White Disinfectant are given. There are no specific requirements for Disinfectant given in Drugs Act. You can follow Schedule M of Drugs Rules. You may write mail to us yd@pharmadocx.com 9896133556

If you resell without writing your name then you do not need any license. If you fix any label on them then you need mfg license on Form 25

I want to start a trading business with own brand name does this require licence
1 i will dilute the concentrated phenyl and thhen sell with my own brand name

You can dilute or manufacture and sell glass cleaner and no license is needed for that. You can buy and sell ready made phenyl and no license is needed for that. If you dilute or put label of product then you will need Drugs Mfg License on form 25.

Sir I take products like "Toilet Cleaner, Surface Cleaner, Glass Cleaner, Handwash, Senitizer" from third party manufacturer and not claiming kills germs and disinfectant but Do my own branding but the problem is I don't claim kills germs but my brand name is "Germs Cleaner" so is it ok and if not so should I change my brand name and "I Need Drug License or not"

Dear Harsh Ji, you do not need any license for Dishwash, Toilet Cleaner Concentrate till there is no claim of germs killing. you need to obtain Cosmetics Mfg. License for diluting Handwash. In case you claim germ killing then you need Drugs Mfg. License for diluting toilet cleaner. Phenyl can be diluted only if you have Drugs Mfg License.

Sir I have started a trading company. And wanted to start trading as a wholesale distributor in fmcg products specifically house hold cleaning products and cosmetics.
1) Do we require license to sell ( marketed by) sanitizer, handwash or other disinfectants?
2) In market we get concentrates (floor cleaner, toilet cleaner, pine floor cleaner, dish wash etc)
which we have to further diluted with water then we pack and sell. Does this require any license to make and sell?
You need Cosmetics License Manufacturing License on Form 32 from Drugs Department. You do not need License for house cleaning Products like Colin, Floor cleaner. Make sure you don't claim them as Disinfectant or Germ killer. Yashdeep Dahiya
