3:26 when Andrew is singing and then Tillian comes in with those backing vocals is pure unadulterated bliss to my ears. We need more harmonies like that on this upcoming album.

DGD has been my favorite band for over 10 years now, but this song truly hits different. Love these guys so damn much, constantly coming out with bangers 🤘🏼🖤🎉 these lyrics are next level too. Adding Andrew to the mix has amped everything up even more!

when i heard tilian, i thought he was talking about the drama that happened just after tim died, which to me makes sense because he also sings about wanting to change and grow, and because he says "they've been overwhelmingly consuming me" which in my mind refers to the people who aren't moving past the drama and are still upset about what happened. don't know lemme know what y'all think

Unpopular opinion, I like Andrew’s vocals over tillian, I feel like his voice fits more with DGD style

I get your point to an extent, because I feel like Tillian is used a bit too much. Especially on the last 2 records, i would have liked more John, Andrew and even just instrumental parts.. But I really LOVE how all three voices fit together and contrast. John, Andrew and Tillian are all amazing vocalists who sound great on their own, but when they play off each other it becomes magical. And I think it works so well having different vocalists with completely different styles when Will Swan is the guitarist. Its something special.
I'd love to see him take over as lead clean. I listen to Tilian dgd stuff but I don't really like his vocals... 😅
lowkey was hoping they'd can him after the SA allegations and just give Andrew the lead vocal spot 🤷
@@tylerseidel809 same. I've witnessed him be an absolute creep and was told he's always like that (by the people closest to him). This was pre-tims death so that stuff about mourning was bull.
I wish I'd said something at the time and spoke to the girl. Now I could just be someone making some thing up. Although I'm genuine.
Idk who the girl is but I recognised the guy she was with, think we met as teens. If I ever see him on fb or something I might reach out.
Then again he was just as wasted as she was.
