Don't you guys have a swimming class in elementary school? In Belgium we go swimming with school from ages 4-12! I somehow assumed it was the same for all European countries 😲

I don't know how to swim either, I have a huge a fear of water (Ocean,Rivers, Lake etc) But hopefully next year when everything is over with I can learn how to swim just the basics

Hey Han, I have the same exact thing that you were talking about in your video (absorbing everyone else’s emotions). I was doing some research and it turns out there’s a condition called High Sensitivity or being a Highly Sensitive Person. Ever since I found this out and researched coping mechanisms, I feel like I can control it a lot more
