For many people Contemporary might jump up to S tier -- that depends a lot on how you value the history, fireworks views and walking distance to MK. If Grand Floridian refurbishes its rooms soon, it could also jump up to S depending on the level of theming of the refurbishment. The rooms are just so dated right now for the price.

Completely agree with your tier system, minus the Wilderness Lodge. Not a huge fan as it needs some updating and we have never had good service at Whispering Canyon. So appreciate your placement of Caribbean Beach, one of our favourites. Number one is definitely the Polynesian!

I agree with most of your stuff, but Riverside is at least two tiers lower than it should be. You made a couple of valid points, but sticking it down with the likes of the All Star Resorts was an error.
I Love the pop century updated rooms some other resorts need updated rooms some people say that grand floridan is the best but I dont think so it's not my style so I wont really stay there
The hoopdie doo review was hilarious. They literally slam buckets of fried chicken on the table. I like fort wilderness because of how it allows pets. But my best Disney memories will always be at Saratoga Springs, where my grandpa got stuck in one of the slides. I’ve never been to Polynesian, but I do want to go at some point.

My aunt and grandparents usually take us, and I’m EXTREMELY lucky to even be able to go there once. I’ve been to Saratoga Springs, Pop Century, All Star Music, and Port Orleans. My aunt took my cousin to the Polynesian also, so I’ve seen pictures. Disney hotels definitely hold a lot of nostalgia.
Coincidentally we stayed at 3 of the 4 top tier resorts on our last trip to Disney. AKL, Boardwalk, and Wilderness Lodge! Stayed at the Poly the trip before that as well.
Oh yeah! I don't know if we'll always do it, but we enjoy doing it so we can stay in resorts we've never stayed in before. It's easy because Disney moves all of your luggage for you free of charge, only real draw back is you have to wait for a new room whenever you move. Our last trip we were there for 8 days and stayed in 3 different resorts, so it wasn't bad at all.
Disney Parks Addict the water area is massive, so you can do a lot of different stuff, like the whirlpool, which you can swim around in, a lazy river, and my family is big fans of the buffet in there and we like the food there, also the water slide is super long, so it is more worth the wait, and you can just walk to Epcot every night. We went to Epcot every night we have stayed there, and you can see the fireworks and watch the show a bit from the pool, also you can watch fantastic from the hotel, I also love the DVC rooms there, they are giant and really nice, not to mention they have a small quiet pool with ping pong, a hot tub, and more!
Depends on the age of the kids. I would suggest either Animal Kingdom Lodge with the amazing Savannah views and close proximity to Animal Kingdom or the Polynesian which is close to Magic Kingdom.
Of course, I think at the moment, you will need to have a dining reservation to be allowed at the different resort, or you could take Disney transportation.
Why cant they have a All Star Riverfront and they need to update the all star in all star sports update the base ball area and Disney characters should be represented huey duwey and louie can be in the base ball area with dewy taking score and huey and louie vs each other in baseball In the football area just like in that football mickey mouse short mickey goofy and Donald playing football against pete and his team In the tennis area have minnie and daisy play tennis against each other In surfs up have Pluto and mickey go surfing In the basketball area have Mickey and minnie vs daisy and Donald playing Basketball against each other At all star music in the calypso area have the three combeyeros play there signature song using calypso instruments in the jazz section have a made up Nemo fish band playing the saxophone In the rock section have mickey rocking a guitar In the Broadway section have genie and his team playing Broadway music and in contury fair have woody and Jesse play a contury song In all star movies update the movies Fantasia can be replaced with Alladin Hermie can be replaced with Onward Toy story can be replaced with Monsters inc 101 dolmation can be replaced with moana Mighty Ducks can be replaced with Star wars Pop century as well The 50s section can be updated with Disney characters bowling The 60s can have animatronics do the hip hop The 70s can have a restraunt called mood ring cafe and have a cool mood ring museum The 80s can feature a pacman water experience The 90s can have Mickey mouse animatronic using a computer

I agree with you man the grand floridan is not for me fancy is just not my thing the only good thing about the resort for me is you get faster transportation to magic kingdom and epcot I just think the grand floridan needs to stop being so fancy even though it is disney flagship hotel also pop century feels half a resort for me make teh legendary years right next to art of animation and then make art of animation talk about movies in the legendary and classic years decade

No changes in 2020 yet, but when they re-open I may re-do the full tier list. Riviera would probably be B tier.

Like I said in the video, I used the same dates for all the hotels, and that is what it came out as. Contemporary is a deluxe hotel!.
I stay there for 11 days the longest is stayed at Disney was 13 days

I’m surprised that you have the Caribbean Beach resort ranked that high. I would’ve had it ranked down with the All-Star resorts.
It is where I used to work, and the resort i stayed at most as a kid, so we will have to put this one down as nostalgia.

Stormalong bay is quite the pool. But the hotel experience overall doesn’t compare to the other deluxe ones. Well said.
