      For treadmill I would look for something with slightly less stack.

    • @EasyLifeES
      @EasyLifeES  7 місяців тому +2

      For me Duramo SL are still little bit better... The Adizero SL has that outsole made with patches on the back... and I'm not a big fan of that...so... everyone with his choice I suppose.
      Adizero SL have softer foam in them but, I'm not sure how the durability will be on long term.

    Nike journey run ,adidas stride or adidas sl …. Please tell me one bro ? For comfort daily use and also for running

    • @EasyLifeES
      @EasyLifeES  2 місяці тому

      I tried all those and I wouldn't recommend them for your needs. Try something different if you can.
      Nike are having a hard midsole...
      Adidas Stride is a bit better but the outsole has exposed foam and very thin.
      Adidas SL has slightly better midsole, but the outsole is thin for daily use.
      Try if you can Adidas Response (NOT Response Super!) or Duramo SL or Questar 2 (NOT Questar 3!) these ones are better sneakers.
      And if is only for daily use (walking and maybe "light running") try Nike Motiva that are really awesome for the price (IMO).
      All the sneakers that you had mentioned and my suggestions had been filmed already but I need time to edit everything. More episodes are in the way.
      I hope this reply helps you somehow!

    • @EasyLifeES
      @EasyLifeES  7 місяців тому

      Outdoor jogging...
      For that try a "trail sneakers" version instead.
      Normally the sneakers have to be picked for the correct terrain... Otherwise they will have a premature aging in just few weeks...
      For example the forrestal terrain is not the same with an asphalted one.
      The outsole and upper has a more demanded activity than usual and they will fail quickly.
      Just my opinion.

    Or Pegasus 40?
    Please recommend I have my event next month. I need your help.

    • @EasyLifeES
      @EasyLifeES  3 місяці тому

      Hi there,
      First of all... I'm not a "Pro runner" by no means, so... please just take my advice with "a grain of salt".
      Now... to your question... It depends where you are planning to run those 1.600m. Assuming that it will happen in an athletic event, for those kind of races are dedicated footwear. Adidas is having them, New Balance, Nike also and all "the major players", I won't name all of them here.
      The kind of running sneakers that you are asking are made for a different purpose... outdoor... for longer distances and also different terrain... ASPHALT or mixed sometimes. Were is needed more cushioning to protect our joints and also more breathable uppers, because we need them in our feet for longer periods of time without building a lot of moisture while exercising...
      Because of "those reasons" none of them are the best choice in your case. You have to look for "Track & Field Sprinting" that are with spikes or without spikes". Again is up to you which one you choose. From a short reading usually people have 2 kinds of sneakers.
      - 1st is for daily training (usually spike-less)
      - 2nd one maybe with spikes for the race day
      I'm not sure how much this answer will help you, but here are some suggestions to get yourself a better idea: FuelCell MD500 v9, ADIZERO AVANTI TYO LIGHTSTRIKE, Nike Rival Sprint, Nike Rival Multi... just some random models to see how they look.

      @EasyLifeES  3 місяці тому

      The sneakers that usually see on this channel are made for asphalt (only few were for trail).
      For asphalt any of your choices will do just fine.
      Now in between this Adizero and Pegasus 40 is just a matter of fitting.
      Adizero has a normal width for regular feet and Pegasus has slightly more roomy in toebox. Mostly it depends how your feet are.
      For me probably Adidas Adizero in this case have a nicer fit. In Pegasus 40 I noticed a bit too much the air-bag that is under the toebox and that was a bit disappointing.
      For is Adidas the winner in this case.

    My previous Adidas shoes outsole come out like its glue gave up
    Will this last longer like a year

    • @EasyLifeES
      @EasyLifeES  6 місяців тому

      Hi there,
      About the glue issue. I can almost promise you that this particular problem is not an isolated one. To me happen with Nike and New Balance. For the past 2-3 years at least they went "rogue" all the major brands in this regard. What I believe is happening, is that they are more willing (than in the past) to close their eyes to the expiration dates of the products that they use, aiming to save costs from the loss of materials.
      They will more often ignore what is on the label with the intention of continuing manufacturing and limiting losses, even if they are aware of the cause.
      It can't be a coincidence if is happens that often. From 3 pairs that I brought for myself 2 of them had the same problem. The glue has failed extremely premature (Ep52, Ep122 more of that story with glue issues).
      Now back to your question, the outsole of Questar 2 M felt a bit more resilient that the one from this Adizero SL.
      If you want you can give those "Questar 2 M" a try, but like always I can't promise anything because its not something that depends on me. If you can try them in a store you will probably have less chances to have problems with them in the future (although not even that is 100% safe to say it even if you check them previously). They have some exposed foam but most of them have and is hard to find something with thick 100% rubber outsoles that have decent cushioning these days and to be long-lasting as well.
      To be honest lately I have a bit hard time to find something decent, to recommend to the people that are following my channel. In general thicker outsoles sneakers tend to last a bit longer. But they usually are" low end sneakers" and they lack that soft cushioning that all of us love it. In order to be more bearable, I recommend using better thicker insoles and they don't always have to be very pricey.
      Even with 1.5 - 2.5€ can be found in Aliexpr*** and maybe some other webpages too (with shipping included if you know how to search). I had an OK experience with those that look like they are made from BOOST foam (although they are just imitating that foam).
      I won't say any names because I don't want to "hype" anything and to see that they started to increase unnecessary their prices just because it was named somewhere on a UA-cam channel.
      I hope this comment helps you somehow.
      BTW for Questar 2 M I don't really think you will need an extra third-party insole for them. They were good enough the way they were right out of the box...

    • @EasyLifeES

      For the price are GOOD, but obviously not the best.
      Usually I recommend something with softer midsole and more bouncier (that protects better your joints in longer runs).
      For example something like Boston 12. It depends of how light you like and how important is being durable.
      Because you can't have both ways... We always make sacrifices in some ways...

      This channel is THE BEST at shoe detail I have ever seen. However some of his opinions are truly wild. There is not a single mark on that sole yet he calls it slippery. I have run around 15k with mine and they feel like very similar to Adios/Boston which is very good. I have noticed that EasylifeES has incredibly high standards for outsoles, higher than any runner I have ever seen. Is he a runner? Or are these for casual wear? I've seen him talk about resoling running shoes? How? Why? The midsole will lose quality FAR before an outsole. I use this channel for shoe detail and for that he is the best on UA-cam but form your own opinions by looking at other channels.

    • @EasyLifeES
      @EasyLifeES  Рік тому

      I describe as I was found them... out of the box... on my wood floors indoors...
      Normally all the soles on my floor tend to be extremely sticky and noisy because of that but these ones with every move I notice the lack of control with them on my feet.
      I don't go out to test them unless I already decided that this pair will remain, and that happens only from time to time if they are a necessity in that moment for me.

    • @EasyLifeES
      @EasyLifeES  Рік тому

      About "the marks" is impossible to have, because are new and only did few steps with them indoors as shown in the video..
      Normally on a clean flat surface I tend to have hard time moving around being way to sticky (here I thinking on UB Light that have "a correct finish" without being to extreme) but with these Adizero SL I really didn't get that.
      Just few moves and I notice how my feet slides like on "oily floors".
      That's why I encourage people to try them somewhere in a store. You don't have to believe what I say, do that test in a store with other shoes in your feet and see yourself if is true or not.
