Fans gave Melody a harder time because there's a difference in how and what her and Alyx were struggling on. It was clear that Alyx knew the stands. She would miss the first count but still be able to finish the rest. Melody would fumble through almost the entire stand sometimes. Melody's placement was off for a lot of the counts as well, unlike Alyx who had the nuances down for the most part. Once Alyx learned how to watch Kayla and recognize each stand she was fine. It was a larger learning curve for Melody and she struggled the whole season. People gave her a hard time because she was clearly lost unlike the rest of her crab sisters. Regardless, they both turned out to be great dancers on the team and I truly miss watching them both.
