Even if it feels like a nonbo, Skorpehk Lord’s lethal hits paired with Dev Wounds is mathematically better than either ability alone. It feels bad, but it is stronger. He’s still overcosted though.
I agree, honestly anything that adds on to the combat phase is always better. It's always good seeing a high dice roll impact no matter the rolls sequence
