Evan, thanks for the video, I am trying to find out info on my danfoss 40 series, I tore it down and rebuilt it with new seals and bearings, I had the same issue you had at 18:00 once I bolted it, it wouldn't spin, it's installed in the machine and I still cant get it to rotate by hand. Id like to find out how this repair worked for you? in your opinion do you think I should pull it out and figure out why it wont turn or do you think it will work its self out once fluid is installed? TIA..
Hi Dirk, I hope this video was able to help you in some way! I wish I would have gotten an after video but I forgot.... Any who, the machine ran flawlessly. I should have followed up on the video and say that I was eventually able to turn it but hand once I had a pair of gloves that allowed me to get a proper grip on the shaft. Once everything is bolted up, all the springs in the rotating group apply a good amount of pressure that causes some friction to overcome.

You haven't done it? Eventually you know what are the values to be keep? Do you have a manual with data for setting the pump? Do you know where I can find it?
Hi Harry, I had to use a translator so I hope I am responding correctly... So there is not a general rebuild kit for this. Pve19/21 vickers trunnion bearings should be shimed and shaft bearings should be shimed repair manual on line good luck 👍
