Coming to new challenges of new amazing A Hat in Time DLC, Seal the Deal! These videos are gonna be a "playthrough" of new difficult mode, Death Wish. You can grab the strats, compare results, or just chill and look advanced gameplay.

Doing this stage normally? Okay.
Getting all the Conductor badges in one go? Tricky, but doable.
Doing this stage with no hats and 1 Hit Hero Badge? Screw this, I'm out.
Lol, i bet doing it normally would be hard for me, but I don’t know because i decided to do the parade first and I’m stuck on it. I am a noob.
I found no hats 1 hit hero pretty easy maybe cause i got so much practice from main an first bonus
My game glitched and the 2nd bonus didnt fail with my sprint, so I got all conductor tokens, and I equipped 1 hit hero before collecting the time piece. Full clear cheese.
After completing one of the hardest challenges in the game, you just do a smug dance until the timer almost expires? You absolute madhatter

5:17 too many great things are happening at once: Hat kid is dancing, the snatcher has dialogue, and the timer is counting down
He even says "You're so lucky" right as hat kid collects the time piece with 0 seconds left
I can imagine the snatcher just swearing excessively when the bomb didn't go off when there were milliseconds left on that timer lol

Hat kid: Blegh!
Grooves: You could’ve just turned off the bomb yourself before it goes off, you are at the front of the train right darling?
Conductor: Uh...
Hat kid: *Glares at Conductor*

I legit didn't realize you can do bonusses on seperate attempts. I've been trying to get them both in one run for literal hours...
Yeah, this is very important detail to know. A lot of missions are even impossible to do both bonuses at once
Welp. At least it made me beat 'Breaching the contract' all at once, so i'm proud of that.

Honestly this doesn't look as hard as i thought it was going to be allthough 1 hit certainly adds a dramatic flair

Wait didn't snatcher make the bomb be 10 seconds (and ad all those bonus obstacels)?
10 Seconds Until Self Destruct, but all time is cut into half (Clocks only raise timer by 10 and you start with 5 seconds).

i'm pretty sure that's impossible. You'd fail before you even got the first clock.
Sprint and diveboosts would net you it.
There won't be enough time overall the course unless more bonuses are added to compensate

I actualy personaly found some deathwishes (like beat the heat and the rift collapses ) pretty easy and tons of fun
That sed this deathwish was still crazy difficult
After I did this contract (without the bonus and about 50 retried) I also did the dance.
It just felt good, like I was taunting the snatcher. 'You didn't think I had it in me. Right'
yay, got my fiftieth death today. i'll pass this level someday

This one and the Mafia boss (pre-patch) gave me 300+ deaths before I beat them. Sadly I didn’t beat the Mafia Boss before the nerf so I didn’t get bragging rights when I finally beat him.

I forced myself to do this on Easy mode, when Easy mode wasn't as easy as it is today. It increased the timer by double, now, screw the bonus objectives, you get everything for beating the level
When I did this mission I died at the last possible Canon ball before the end. I was so salty

I'll add My 2 cents.
For the Speed run one.
You can Start by double Jumping into a Dive boost.
Well timed this will boost Hat Kid into the ledge where you can repeat once more.
The 3rd time you only do 1 jump to grab the 20 seconds and the Button. And Will also Propel you to the door with 24:45 Seconds on timer.
And Upon entering the Next room.
Doing a Double Jump with a Dive and then A Jump with dive boost on the crate so you beat the 1st wall.
The next one. You ll have to jump to the Right and do the maneuvers so you can evade the egg.
And where the 6 Dots are... It may be the the same result as shown...
But I'd rather grab the Clock.
Go for the 2 buttons in the back...
Double jump with dive into the 2 on top, and lastly the 2 in front of the door.
Done this and managed to get 24 seconds Up to that Point consistently.
Thats to save for the Rocket Part where I can use the extra 5 seconds Manouvering rockets.
First one looks doable... but the second one...

It took me 127 deaths to beat it regularly. I don't think i'll be trying the bonus objectives, without the sprint i can't do it. Nice job, btw!
After several hundreds attempts you'll learn all the timings with every single keystroke you have to do.
So the sprint hat is better suited for this than the time stop hat.

Finished the second run in S T Y L E
I actually found the conductor tokens slightly harder than the no hat 1-hit run. Mainly because of that one on the second yellow platform with the fire spinners. After completing my first run in almost 60 attempts I basically knew what I had to do for a no damage run, but routing that one token in made things near impossible for me, because if your timing is a frame off you get hit by the fire and then there's no recovery.
You can actually go in circle after you get hit and likely recover from that. That's how I grabbed the token most of the time
I take it that (unless you're doing both at once) you can land easier using the time stop hat.
this is giving me ptsd
tfw you finally make it to the front of the train after an hour of nonstop attempts but you missed one conductor token somewhere
So I recently got this game for switch, and challenged myself to do the entire game without fixing my joycon drift. Then it came time to do this mess-
me: huh i wonder what the bonuses are for this le- OH HELL NO
Ummmm, so something strange happened to me while doing this death wish
I started it
And, I remembered one of the bonuses was win with no hit hero equiped
But, I forgot about the no hat abilities part
So I spent hours on this trying to do it with the Sprint hat, and, finally did it
But the achievement didn't pop
Well, in my panic I went to check the list
And it said it was completed
Sooooooo
Is it completed
Is it not?
I don't know what to believe anymore!!!!!
Update: well regardless, i decided to redo the entire mission with no hat abilities and no hit hero
Like I was supposed to, cause it didn't feel right cheating the system like that (even if it was just a glitch)
I should still have to suffer as much as everyone else XD
What a madlad. That's a curious situation actually, though I didn't understand: did you just equip sprint instead of regular hat or used it as well? Because in former the achievement would definitely count

Today i finished the level(on switch), and i had the same "issue" i didn't knew aswell i'm also not allow to use the Sprint hat, so i used it the whole level long, i got the mission as complete. then later at the wind up windmill i realized it was glitchy because there i coudn't use my sprint hat then , so i realised what they meant with the 'and no hat part' ..hmm , i hope it will not effect something with the end if i should ever complete all ;P XD my theory, meybe they just changed it at switch but forgot to wrote it right, but who knows XD :D

Well I don't know if they changed it or not, or if it's just simply a glitch
But I can say i don't believe it'll effect anything for you at all
Cause I recently 100% death wish, and everything still worked and happened as it should
So you should be fine
After 450 tries I managed to beat this level with (No hit badge, and not using hats), with 2 sec left (not counting the final +20) I got to say, stay determine and you would beat this level.
When i get the game with its DLCs, ill try Death wish, and see if i get full pain.
Edit: I already pecking died at the Death Bird Studio one with all the security.

As much as this one is a PITA, Train Rush really does have probably the best platforming in the game.
Truth
a.k.a "Stress the Level"
this stage is not really hard, the problem is the BUGS, there are a lot of them, you faced the door not open in the end, so, it happen all time to me, the collision of this game became terrible when updated to seal the deal, also she not obey all the controls, sometimes she simply ignore the wall and not climb, other times, she sticks on the wall even when we not pass close, and sometimes when she made it, she is thrown direct to the bottom or the top of the scenario instantly and stuck there. in 28 tries, 24 I failed because these glitches, and only one 4 times I really failed by lack of pratice
… am I the only person in the world that found this challenge to be not that hard?
Probably has something to do with nerf of timers in Nyakuza update
i died over 169 times trying to get the stupid 2nd bonus AND ALL BUT LIKE 10 WERE AT THE LAVA PILLARS BC I ACCIDENTLY SPRINTED A FEW TIMES AND MY SWITCH WAS GONNA DIE IN LIKE 5 SECONDS ON ANOTHER ATTEMPT

A little glitch/oversight that I found: If you equip No Hit Hero at before you hit the button (i.e. equipping it at the end of the level before you hit the button), you can still get the 2nd bonus.
I found this out because I wanted to test if you can get the bonus after you equip NHH, and to my suprise, you can. Might redo the level again another day, it's a glitch/oversight, so yeah.

I’m on the PS4, so I got access to Death Wish mode pretty recently. I got both objectives yesterday. Some people might hate me for saying this, but I had a lot of fun!
Tbh this stage normal I havent beaten and it is my least favorite stage in the game due to how hatkid will just get stuck on the fence, below the corners of crates, get trapped under crates, the saws for some reason being really slow so if u go fast you'll get hit by them, the fact that despite parts of the train look like you can walk on them you just fall right through on top of the 10 second time its dumb far more difficult and cheap than it is fun
Though this may be problems only on console like xbox one

I swear to god, after 197 tries I barely managed to do this with sprint without tokens, and the game expects me to do these bonuses.
Not looking forward to it, at all.
EDIT: Also, whoever thought that buffing middle platform-pushing section with fireworks was a good idea needs to dodge all the fireworks without hat abilities and with one-hit badge on the platform of same size until he realises what a mistake it was.
