I didn't notice hahahah
@@jabp1807 someone went all the way to instagram to let me know and I thought they were joking 😂

What's up Bro Paul here from the states Check out Corey. Acoustic live in London and the song is snuff. How beautiful Corey's voice is. And the poetic behind it. And the song is dedicated to Joey Jorgensen Just check it out 😢 Keep up the great job my friend Pease
What's up Bro Paul here from the states Check out Corey. Acoustic live in London and the song is snuff. How beautiful Corey's Taylor voice is. And the poetic behind it. And the song is dedicated to Joey Jorgensen Just check it out 😢 Keep up the great work my friend Pease
Bro….” Most people won’t watch this till the end” “I hate that”. What don’t you get about yourself? You are one of the best reactors I’ve ever seen! I’m not some kid either. I’m a 45 year old mom and rocker for life. Your insights and visceral reactions to songs bring me back to you again and again! Stop putting yourself down! You’re amazing.
I agree! he’s so captivating to watch. Sometimes I wish he would do two or three songs lol because I get so into it because he’s SO into it!
I completely agree, and I'm on the other end, I just turned 18 a few months ago and I have a very short attention span unless it comes to music and music analysis! I love seeing his reactions and comparing them to mine! Don't doubt yourself dude your videos are top tier and i always watch every metal/rock reaction and all the way through! 💯
Well we or I like videos of which you watch ad we’ll just about everyone else is switching blue wolf
Facts....I'm 54 and totally agree..
Luckily I have my eldest daughter who's bought tickets for slipknot in the brand new coop arena right next to the best football ground in the world..
😂
Preach!
Teddy dude, I think I speak for all metal heads watching your reactions, we welcome you with open arms. You are a metal head you just don't know it yet. Yours are the only reactions I repeatedly watch. You are also the first and only person I have ever joined a patron of. Please do people = shit live you'll love it.
Coming up for you this weekend! 🔥🤟 Thank you for sticking with me, i genuinely appreciate it 🤌
@Greyracha I found your channel with falling in reverse stuff and have never looked back, your reactions are a different level to everyone else doing it. Please say your doing the live in London one.
@TeddyGreyOS I'm hoping you just got distracted with the BMH stuff getting ready for the gig. Please still do People = Shit preferably the live in London. It is the opening track to that live show. It is a true experience, but as I have mentioned on another video, viewer discretion advised as it will be a sensory overload.
You need to do meshugga - bleed (but not vid, it may make ya piss your bed again)
Literally🙌🏾
love the way you analyze lyrics... i wholeheartedly recommend "before i forget" btw... another slipknot classic
Before I Forget is one of my top 3 favorite Slipknot songs!!!
This dude makes me jealous 🤣 I wish I could erase things from memory at will.
Amen!
Loll me to
I’ve felt the same way watching _first time rap reactions_ for years now! Feels so weird to be on the other side of it haha - I’m so glad I’m taking the plunge into the genre though because you metalheads all seem to love music as passionately as I do!
@@TeddyGreyOS now u have to do Punk Goes 90s Vol. 2 - Falling In Reverse "Gangsta's Paradise" mindtripping, donno if that applies to you tho` , EEA block knows what the FC i'm saying.
Watching Teddy react to these Slipknot songs for the first time is like an out of body experience from when I was a young teenager hearing these for the first time
For a non metal head you sure do head bang like one, you'd fit right in at metal show. You should check out Lamb of God having their pit do the wall of death, I don't remember what song they perform with it but it's insane
It's a shame that people don't watch to the end; I enjoy your breakdown of what you thought and how the songs made you feel. It's almost like being able to hear them again for the first time myself, which is a gift.
I love watching these metal reactions. I been a metal head since I was 8 years old and I remember getting so excited about the new extreme music that I would discover. Now I'm 44 and it's just the normal music I listen to but watching new people discovering metal for the first time and getting that excitement that I used to get makes me so happy and gives me that feeling of excitement again.
You are quickly making me a slipknot fan. I never listened to them before you started reacting. And I love hearing your thoughts and how the music effects you. You're amazing!
if you want to get deep into slipknot check self titled and iowa. masterpieces of metal industry bruh with insane lyrics
I've been listening to Slipknot for 20 years now and I just found your channel TODAY. Your intelligence is exceptional, I absolutely love how you approach these songs.
Jonathan Davis is the lead of Korn and Joey Jordison was the drummer and one of the founders of Slipknot, unfortunately he's dead. Epic drummer
Joey Jordison left Slipknot in 2013, in large part due to worsening symptoms of transverse myelitis that made it near impossible for him to continue performing. He passed in his sleep at 46 in 2021. An absolute legend gone far too soon. He is widely regarded as one of (if not THE) greatest metal drummer ever. Rest easy, #1...the maggots love and miss you.
I cannot explain the scream I screamed when Cory said “rise” and you went on your tippy toes😂😂🤣 then when you said “I’m about to lift off” 💀💀 swear you’re my favorite reactor! 🤘🏻
More and more slipknot, get in to every single song dude, your reactions are pure gold, keep it up!
Corey Taylor is a lyrical genius. I've been a fan since I heard them so long ago. And the beats go hard, and the lyrics go harder.
Another one deep diving into Slipknot, can't wait until you get to Iowa cause I hope those ear buds can stay in well enough, you'll be doing heavy headbanging brother
🤘🤘🤘🤘
It’s going to be awesome! 👊🏻
Teddy, my friend (hope you don’t mind me being presumptuous by saying that). Your reactions are the only reactions I play as soon as I see them. EVERYTHING else gets put on the back burner for when it’s more convenient. You are a brilliant reactionary provider. Your input is always spot on. I have never left any of your videos early. The way you react to brilliant tracks, the joy you get from it, is the same way I feel watching your reactions. Brilliant my friend. Be kind to yourself.
Won't be the first time I went to bed yelling "Cut, Cut, Cut Me Up! and Fuck, Fuck, Fuck Me Up!" I love this song!
The formalize line reminds me of one of my favorite quotes that came from this guy on YT who was using DMT to open his third eye back in 2012, he said "real eyes realize real lies".
The way the song ends it peaks your adrenaline and then cuts you off. I could totally see people just yelling their heads off not knowing what to do with themselves at that point. 🤯
I think Kottonmouth Kings said the 'real eyes' line in one of their songs. I think that's where I heard it.
@@russellhoyt588 someone told me that before but I am not too familiar with KMK.
I was really into them around 1999 - 2012, or so. Since then, not quite so much. Now I wish I could remember what song they said that in.
Your reaction is me foreal try to be all calm and end up moshing around the room 😂😂😂 slipknot is the truth
When I discovered Slipknot when Iowa released I was disturbed by the insane chaos. Soon I understood that metal must be disturbing to be genuine. Remember, we had never experienced this chaos in the musicworld earlier. Even me growing up in the Norwegian Black Metal scene found it more extreme (but obviously sellout😂) Happy New year
"most people wont listen to it" IM HERE to hear your personal journey thru the metal bro!!
Just, love watching your personality in these unedited videos, Teddy 🙂 (and yea I've watched till the very end, ahah)
Love the dive into lyrics, the headbanging and the energy, and just. Love the realness
Hope you have a great day 🔥
I been a slipknot fan since i was a teen, in my 30s now and this is one of my most played songs. Absolutely love it
Been loving your reactions for Slipknot, so i decided to be a patreon. Would love you to react to a drum cam from joey jordison, would be amazing, maybe disasterpiece. Pantera is a really nice band from that era with one of my all time favorite guitarists, Dimebag Darrell. Great reaction Teddy
Feeling this music again vicariously through you is a pleasure I must thank you for. Just found your channel and you as a person, my type of people. Much love and respect from the states mate.
I suggest you listen to the first slipknot album, the drum parts in the first album are a masterpiece. Purity, eyeless, surfacing. I like your reactions
Yeah, if you're a hip hop fan, you will love the self titled album. Lots of "rapping" and turntables. Listen to Sic, Eyeless, Surfacing, Me Inside, No Life, and Liberate. Me inside even has a little Spanish and Liberate is Corey's best nu metal vocals cuz he's all over the place.
Custer is on the workout playlist. When I found that hidden gem I had the same overload reaction. It amps me up every time and I love it. 🤘🤘 happy to see you getting into all this metal!
I legitimately LOVE your reactions when you really dig something🤘🏻
This is what metal is about
THE LAST MAN STANDING GETS NO PUDDING! No pudding, no pudding, no pudding, no pudding, no pudding
Nice to see someone who actually feels what the lyrics of these songs are saying.
Keep it up bro 🤘🤘
Love your Slipknot videos! You really gotta do some more older stuff like Disasterpiece or Sic!
the higher pitched scream in the beginning reminds me of that one goat that was meme-y 15 years ago
I know, I've been commenting that under every metal reaction in the last month or so, but you gotta do some "I Prevail". I would love to see your reaction to that.
DOA / Self-Destruction
@@RottenDub I would actually love the whole last two albums XD... But yeah, these two are great as well
I got it in the Watch Later don’t you worry, it’s coming - 2024 is The Year of Metal! 🤟
@@TeddyGreyOSyes yes yes
@@TeddyGreyOS Sweet, love it
The late Joey Jordison was a member. Original core member/drummer. However he was kicked out the album before this one. He was replaced by Jay Weinburg who is playing on this song. Jay has also been kicked out just recently. Those abnormal noises usually are coming from either Sid (Turntables) or Craig (sampler). Craig has also just recently left under unknown pretenses kicked, forced to quit, or quit is unknown atm
One of their best tracks. 🤟
Slipknot is a train that you never get off 🔥🔥🔥
Not me watching teddy on patreon picture in picture as this opened in you tube. This is my fave channel bro. You know I'm a fan, I comment incessantly lol hiiiii
I LOVE THAT ENERGY!!
My reaction to “Custer Live” was blocked so that’s going up on Patreon after this too! 🤟
one of my top 5 slipknot songs.
2nd time I’ve seen your reaction on this; I love your reaction to the chicken sound! 😂
But you’re right, a VERY deep song.
Team "Watches till the end", assemble!
i definitely recommend some more slipknot songs to react to like killpop and skeptic, or maybe some korn, they definitely got some great lyrics as well
Your a very smart guy, you pick up on all the meanings of the words so fast.
You should listen and react "S.O.A.D. - I‐E‐A‐I‐A‐I‐O"
This and sugar
I actually quit a job that was making me bank!! Quit for 2 reasons! 1! And the most important!! I was able to hang out with my son a lot more!! 2. Was killing my body!!! And sitting here 6 years later turns out it wasn't the job killing my body, my neck is deteriorating... But the most important part, I took a third of what I was making, at a job I'm really good at, so I can see my fucking son everyday!!!
I love seeing the fireworks go off in Teddys head every time something clever happens! Its pure gold!
Also, anyone feeling ready to deem whether anyone else is worthy of being classified as a metalhead or not is a gatekeeper, and thats just not metal, so they can fuck right off.
All you need to be a headbanging, metal-loving maggot, is enthusiasm.❤
Need to do “unsainted” sometime soon. Some of their newer stuff. Isn’t the same as some of their classic older songs but still bangs. If you want to roll it back to vol 3. Subliminal verses I would recommend “the nameless”, “before I forget”, or “three nil”
🤘🤘 FUCK YA!!!!!!🤘🤘 this was great!!!!!! I love your reaction to this! You are the only reactor I've seen that had the prolific understanding of the lyrics on first go around!!!!!! 🤘🤘YOU ROCK 🤘🤘
Completely unrelated but that hoodie looks plush as fuck, love it.
Just found your channel and I love the energy you're giving out when you're reacting, looking forward to see more.
Love this entire album
Yup. ESPECIALLY on a metal react. I’m a 41 year old punk rocker, and I KNOW that the metal scene and punk scenes have their shit with each other..
…but something we both share, is NEVER make fucking excuses for yourself. Ever.
Custer is a fucking GOD OF A SONG. Haven’t met anyone from any genre that dislikes it.
Same goes for OP. One of the better reacts I’ve see.
Own it, kid!
Dude for real im loving your content ur so insightful and honest with your reactions i can tell the music both lives in you and rips through your soul and its pure magic to watch
Couple suggestions you could try is maybe bands like:
Muse
Avenged sevenfold
Bring me the horizon
Corpse
Bullet for my valentine
I reacted the same way I first heard this song. And I have been a Slipknot fan since the first album lol
I was a person that heard rock music and thought it was stupid, same thing for many genres, I feel like I’m at a point where I’m just beginning to learn to love all genres, pretty recently I listened to psychosocial and hearing slipknot for the first time, I just listen to all their songs now.
You should check out more music from Vol. 3. "Three Nil," "Pulse of the Maggots," and "The Blister Exists" are all great songs to listen to. Great reaction as always!
Hey Teddy, I have a recommendation for you, there's a band that I really love called Steelheart, I recommend she's gone, ill never let you go and/or can't stop me lovin' you. This band is and was very underrated back in the days, they are from the early 90's, the lead singer, miljenko matijevic has some heavenly vocals, the band as a whole are just amazing sounding, and I think you will enjoy!
that noise is there mascot can remember its name but its a goat
Guano Apes - Suzie hope he opens the whole "Guano Apes can of worms"
Love your metal reactions mate, so refreshing to see your journey into metal. Would love to see a Surfacing or People = Shit reaction to keep going down the Slipknot route
Just gonna put this here for no reason : ALEX TERRIBLE - RICKY MARTIN LIVIN LA VIDA LOCA COVER
Just a few suggestions for future videos
Godsmack - Stand alone
Limp bizkit - Break stuff or Full nelson.
Hatebreed - Looking down the barrel of today.
Dope - Die MF die or Take your best shot
Spineshank - New disease.
Seether - Truth.
Soil - Halo.
Five finger death punch - Jekyll and Hyde or under and over it.
Volbeat - A warriors call.
Cinder - Soul creation.
Drowning pool - bodies.
Pantera - Cowboy's from hell or Walk.
Suggestion Teddy - Slipknot - AOV
Never heard this one before. Thanks for the reaction! BTW - sounds like Slipknot made full circle and came back to their first album. If you missed it - I think it's their best album, might be fun to check it. Keep up the good work!
Do more reactions on Slipknot!
You bring me so much Joy 🖤 i wish my Friends would react like that to my music 😂 And not get the feeling to leave immediately my house or car
I think it is safe to say that you turned into metal head now :)
You talking about how life preps us for a 9-5 reminds me of SOAD Sugar the official video. I highly recommend it! I’ll post when I think of it and hope for another miracle like what happened with FFDP
Please make more reaction videos on slipknot ❤️ I'll support you bro 🤘🏻
YEAH!!!!! FAVORITE SLIPKNOT SONG EVER!!!!
The noise in the beginning is a Homer Simpson's scream 😂.
Best metal reactor...
You are so genius
I think you ready to Slaughter to Prevail))
I've been fortunate enough to see this song performed live 3 times, amazing each time 🔥💯
Me too!
Great reaction bro.. truths 👍👍
When you’ll get to “Till i collapse” that’ll get your brain blown away! That maybe will get you to be his new fan.
Good reaction
Ps: watch Marcin Patrzalek the “Carmen Habanera on one guitar”! You must see that too!
👏👏👏👏
What are the chances! I was just listening to this song when this video got recommended to me!
If you want songs like Custer I would recommend - People = Shit, My Plague, Iowa, Eeyore.
Dude accidentally stimbled across you while watching reactors to my favourite band (Slipknot) and now I am hooked on your videos. I would love to be so bold as to suggest a few songs/videos I would love to see you react to and analyse. If you get chance as you probably have hundreds if not thousands of suggestions then olease check these out. Metallica Fade to black (a song about depression and suicide, the instrumentation really takes you through the journey) and also One by Metallica (a song about a film about a world war 1 veteran gravely injured in combat). Then a band called Jinjer (a Ukranian band) and the song Homeback. A quick heads up about them, there is only on vocalist. Then of course Slipknot and there are so many songs but try All out life, Orphan, and The Heretic Anthem. Finally please do not apologise for any Authistic traits that may make their way into your reactions. You should never apologise for being who you are and if people ask you to then they are not good to be around. My younger brother is also Authistic and if someone asked him to apologise for being Authistic I would go mental at them. Keep going and much love.
Knocked Loose Billy no mates / counting worms! You won’t regret it!!
The "noise" sounds like the screaming goat
What is really sad is that there's not much live videos for the "All hope is gone" album
Funny The knot has a song called People = Shit and it’s a BANGER TOO 😂😂
Even though this song wasn’t my thing, I get why people love it. I loved watching what this song did to you. So entertaining.
Sir, I suggest you go see Slipknot live. You will never be the same… in the best way. 8 times live and it’s always been a true spiritual experience.
Please give The Shape a listen dude!
🤘🔥🤘
"like how money is real and they don't just print it" *stares at camera* im laughing because it hurts too much to cry
"Custer" by Slipknot is a song that reflects on the band's experiences with fame and the music industry. The lyrics express a rebellious attitude and a disdain for those who try to control or manipulate them. The title and some of the lyrics may also reference historical figures like General George Armstrong Custer, adding a layer of aggression and defiance to the overall theme of the song.
People = Sh*t by Slipknot would be fun to see ya react to
Joey Jordison was the original drummer but the drummer in this song was Jay Weinberg. I think the voice at the start was Shawn Crahan aka Clown, who does percussion and backing vocals, but I could be wrong
Another great reaction video! Its enjoyable watching someones mind being blown😅
I'd love to see what you make of Snuff by Slipknot, its my favourite song ever written and more than likely NOT what you'd be expecting
Another great one mate! If you want some deep lyrics, try Snuff by Slipknot. Not as heavy, but heartfelt for sure.
Love the energy! You definitely need to check out AOV off the same album.
Ok two things: @TeddyGreyOS you’re fucking adorable. And secondly, another Slipknot song that’s less aggressive is If Rain is What You Want, or The Burden.
you should look at Unsainted
only thing you are good at?! well you making alot of people smile with your reacting pal.
The way you screamed like a damned chicken. I am dead. Thank you for that. I love your teactions
You should do Sulfur next
I really think you'll enjoy reacting to nero forte, another great song by them
new here, love your interpretations, seeing it through somebody elses eyes/ears makes me fall in love with Slipknot all over again. Thanks for making those and keeping such an open mind and having such precious candid reactions.
Youre not only the only reaction channel i actively look forward to seeing in my feed, youre the ONLY youtuber whos content i hit like on before the intro is even done playing. I always look forward to seeing your insight on these songs i grew up with
thank you my friend I appreciate that 🫶 I hope to see you in the live premiere chat soon!
I really recommend listening to some of skillets stuff (im pretty sure u have heard their song "monster")
About the drummer: "Joey Jordison, the American musician and former drummer of Slipknot, passed away on July 26, 2021. The cause of his death was not immediately disclosed. However, in 2016, Jordison revealed that he was diagnosed with transverse myelitis, a rare neurological disease that causes inflammation in the spinal cord, leading to weakness in the legs, sensory problems, and other symptoms. The disease’s symptoms started in 2010 while touring with Murderdolls, but the diagnosis came much later. Later recordings of a 911 call from Jordison’s ex-girlfriend, Amanda Victoria, were released, reporting a foul odor upon entering the garage of Jordison’s home and that neither she nor Jordison’s family had heard from him in days. Jordison was declared dead at the scene.
May he rest in peace."
Let’s see if we can make this man cry with some deathcore, please react to the pain remains trilogy by Lorna Shore
I advice a video that has both the official music video and the lyrics on screen, otherwise you probably wouldn’t understand the lyrics and the video is crucial for the full experience
I wholeheartedly suggest that you react to Slipknot-AOV it's just banging
