I have a bmw 750li 2006. Every 4 minutes or so my speakers will make a wired ticking sound where my music stops playing and then turns back on at a lower volume. Is this because of the amplifier.
im having similar problem i have 4 channel mosino amp in the boot connected to 2 speakers in front and 2 subs under seat when i put volume high the sound cuts off and goes to the factory speakers in the back which have little sound, i got the a professional guy to check problem he said your amp is working fine and he cant find the problem because he checked all the speakers too its very strange i have feeling i will be spending loads to fix this problem
My speakers were making crackling sounds and eventually there was no sound coming from the subs (under the front seats). All the other speakers are still working. I tested the subs and they are both fine. It's the amp. The Logic 7 amp run so hot. The fans don't come on until it's about to catch fire! ;p
Many still think Logic 7 mapping is the same as the standard package. The sound from the ASK unit goes back to the L7 Amp for digital processing then gets channeled to the speakers. SO, if the front speakers quit working do not auto-assume it's your ASK unit. In my case, lost driver side mid-range speaker sound, and both subs under the front seats. Bought new speakers and replaced them, no change. Now my L7 amp is on the way. Fingers crossed! I will have the old one rebuilt (if fried! and keep it for back up. Suckers are expensive! On my bmw 520i 2021 edition, the bass is slot of the time out.. then I need to close thé car, wait 5 or more Minutes, and then it works again sometimes.. could that also be the logic7 Problem? I have Harman Kardon in it..
I have an e46 330ci without the hk system, the drivers speaker was producing static/popping noises and the cone was torn so I replaced it thinking it was the cause. Replaced it with a nice jbl unit and what do you know? The new one is making the same exact sound as the old factory speaker! Would the amp cause this?
Hey whats up bro i need your help, I have a 2006 bmw 330i 6speed. Radio has worked since i bought this car, and out of no where today i was driving with my music on and it just cut off and speakers were making a popping noise even when i turned the car off. My car has no navigation, no sos light, radio is on but i hear no sounds! I went to my trunk and found a puddle of water in the left rear trunk where the amp is. I cleaned it , unplugged the amps cables, unplugged battery, and put everything back together and still no sound. Then i lifted up the trunk mat and i notice i dont have a satelite there , i only have the module thats on the right side. I ordered the loop and im waiting for it to come in the Mail .. help me please bro
