  • I had the good fortune of hearing Worcester's own Poet Laureate Oliver De La Paz read from his works the other night at Morrill Memorial Library in Norwood, Massachusetts. Oliver didn't make it into this motovlog, which I had recorded earlier, but had I heard him before this ride he certainly would have! What a treasure! On a side note, would you believe Massachusetts is one of a small handful of US states with NO Poet Laureate? Embarrassing, considering the "our schools are better than your schools" braggadocio promoted here!

    I have an old original Robert frost book from 1939, one of my favorite books to just pick up and read from time to time. Love good poets.

    Could never get into poetry or classic literature and classical music. Tried, but no. My loss i suspect. Thanks.

      Classical music is hit or miss. Feels too much like a doctor's office soundtrack. Not good for anxiety levels haha
