- It takes quite a bit of motivation to continue to swim through late September/October and then on through the winter months.
Swimming through the winter months is a physically and emotionally satisfying thing to do. This weeks video shares some essential tips to make this happen for you.

“Love your swims” which is what I didn’t find last winter so this year I’m going to try new methods. More chocolate digestives maybe? :)
I find having something nice to look forward to is good and remember how I feel later in the day when I’ve achieved it and feel physically better. Hot chocolate is also a winner
