This video reviews the custom prescription lenses for the DJI Goggles Integra from HonsVR. They make prescription lenses for many different goggles and devices and this is the 4th set I now own and have been extremely pleased with them. With the Integra Goggles DJI changed how they deal with optics and prescriptions with a series of different lenses with different strengths. The problem is that all eyes are different and sometimes each eye can be different then you factor in things like an astigmatism that's where a good set of prescription lenses is important. They are very affordable and they offer free shipping.

I'm glad these worked so well for you, and I agree, the price is very affordable. I was able to use lenses that came with the Integra goggles that matched my prescription, and I can see perfectly with them. But I did have trouble with one of the lens holders staying on securely, the left one fit like a glove, the right one is not as secure. Great video, very useful product for many with vision issues Thanks for sharing.
Awesome! I just ordered these lenses yesterday. I have an astigmatism as well and the stock lenses were not quite cutting it
My left eye is perfect for reading, whereas my right eye has some astigmatism, so your footage is perfect, Shawn. Thank you very much. Greetings from Montreal.
Shawn, thanks for the review. I do have the VR Wave lenses for the V2; im fine for now with the DJI plastic lens, even though, my prescription is similar to yours.
Thanks for the tip my friend ...ordered mine today.
just ordered a set for my goggles 3
Thanks for the HonsVR reference! I have prescription bi-focals, so will most likely try to order some lens for my DJI Goggles Integra when it arrives. Will give them a try with my Mini 3 Pro.
Have just received mine for Integra goggles and they fit like a glove!
that's so awesome. looking into it now. just got script glasses and Integra.
I'm going to do this. Thanks for sharing!
Shawn: thanks hugely much. My eyes are -7, so these lenses will be salvation for my orbs. You are the bearer of great news! 👀
Who knew? I sure didn't!
I ordered a pair to use with my new integra goggles that I will use with the Mini 3 Pro. I suffer from double vision so I need prism into my lens and HonsVR is making them for me after I sent them a picture of my prescription. I speak French (Quebec) and with exchanged by email to get the prescription right (prescription was in French) and they were fast to respond. Now I am waiting to receive them and will be able to fly with both my eyes open and not see double.
That’s awesome. Let me know how they work out for you.
@@AirPhotography I will for sure :)
What material are the HonsVR lenses made of? The website does not say. The only plastic that works well for lenses is polycarbonate.
Otherwise, If they're scratchable plastic, why bother?
Im wondering this as well
are they made from plastic or glass?....just ordered my integra with the motion 2 to pair with my mini 3 pro (gonna be my 1st fpv flight)......I wonder if the I can use the intergra + mini 3 pro with the regular controller?.........
so I have a prescription for my reading glasses...will that do ? If I had to use the DJI inserts how do I know which ones are the right ones to use ?
You’re just match up to your reading prescription. For example, if you’re -2. Then he would put the -2 lenses in if you’re a plus one then you would put the +1 lenses in. Sometimes it’s trial and error.
Just ordered a set from the UK.
Do you see all menu items in focus with the prescription lenses? Also, there is quite a bit of mechanical vignetting (image darkening) around the edges. If I press the goggles against my face, vignetting goes away and the whole view is in focus. Very disappointing experience, IMO, and worth the money.
Do the inserts also fit the goggles 2?
Apparently the lenses for the Goggles 2 are different from Goggles Integra so you would have to order separate lenses
Damnit!!!!! I got the freakin G2 version..... aaarrrggg!
When I look into the goggles, I see 2 images. I do have a stigmatizem. When I close one eye, I see a single image. Is this due to my stigmatizem?
Funny, I ordered these as well for the V2s.
He will be happy with them. I have been quite pleased. Pretty good value for the money.
Does anyone know where I can find out how to get photos from my air s2
I jus bought it used. I'm usein my rc controller from mini 3 . Need to transfer to fly app.
Dji drones are great but they should really have a help line
Thanks for the video. I wonder why special prescription lenses at all? You are sure to have glasses that are optimally adapted to your eyes. Wouldn't it be easiest if you wore your own glasses in the Integra? Provided there is enough space. Which Integra insertable lenses would have to be used in this case, something like + 0 D?
Unfortunately, glasses will not fit under these new goggles. The lenses are just way too close and the opening is too small. I used to wear glasses under my v2 Goggles, but it’s just not possible with the new generation
@@AirPhotographyolá, não seria mais fácil usar lentes de contato toric para o próprio olho ? Só invés de usar lentes com armação para usar este óculos ?
If you use contacts do you need any lenses? Or is it more comfortable using no contacts and adjusting with lenses?
you don't need lenses if you wear contacts flying fpv. that said, I find when flying fpv I tend to blink a lot less (I guess I'm concentrating) so my contacts dry out and blur forcing me to remember to blink. this allows you more comfort and just not to wear contacts. personal preference.
I always wear nitrile gloves when messing with FPV lenses....just sayin ;)
