about first skill: how can you trust some new person that you have just hired handling your inbox- communication with customers, partners, accountant, etc. ? New VA does not know your product, services, ongoing projects... you would have to be in constant contact with your VA to explain everything.
Everyone starts somewhere! Email management will look different for every client. In this case, the client may want a VA who is familiar with their business, while some may be happy to train from scratch.
I have a question, Im from holland and my english is pretty good, but not perfect and I sure as hell dont know all the 'business lange and terms', But If I find someone who would want me as their VA the chances are big that I do have to speak that language since its international, what do u advice me? to look for someone from holland or someone who communicates in english?

Facebook won't let my VA sign into my account? What do we need to do to make it work?
u need a vpn and to go into fb for business and assign them a role as an editor
How does it work when you run their instagram for them for example, do they give u their password?
There are several tools you can use like Lastpass to share passwords between you and your clients!
What if you don't have FB and don't want it tho? Would LinkedIn be another place to find groups to join?
Yes! You can use LinkedIn, job boards, Instagram! It all depends on what platform you think your dream clients are using!

Whsts difference between #2 and #3
While the same person could do both the implementation (e.g. scheduling and posting) and the strategy (e.g. planning, conversion copywriting) there may be a different between the two roles. Additionally, there are VAs who specialize in only one or two platforms and then there are others would specialize in social media marketing strategy as a whole. Subtle differences but related roles. Hope that helps!
