@@thickemsup1135 that does not neccesarily mean it is a scam, it means it just didn't work for your type of hair loss. In many cases, improvement is barely noticeable, and takes 6 months or more to see improvement. How long did you use this for? I bought mine from Nordstrom, they have a liberal return policy and customer service is excellent. I like to purchase in person, not online, I need to actually see and touch items I buy before purchase, and then bring it home then and there. I just started using mine, and although I have the kind of hair loss that it should work with, it still may not work if the hair follicles are completely dead. I suppose the younger you are when you realize the hair is falling, the better it will work. It has been years since I noticed hair loss, so I may have missed the boat. This technology has been proven to work, but it probably works better on people who are just starting with this kind of hair loss. Your hair loss may have medical underlying causes, check with your doctor. It could be thyroid issues, hormone imbalance, any number of things. My hair and brows started growing in when I added supplements and vitamins to my crappy diet! My whole body was trying to tell me something, starting with my hair (and finger nails) for years! A busy life left me no time to address it, but now I am semi retired and started researching things online. This laser comb is one of the many things I came up with.

@@thickemsup1135 yes, agreed. They need to be very up front about who it may or may not work for, and not be stingy on returns after 6 months. I mean, you need a good 6 months to even notice a change. And you should get ALL your money back, even shipping. I only buy these things if I can afford the loss, so crappy return policies won't get me so mad, but still it gets me mad that other people have to have these issues. Not everyone can afford the luxury of losing hundreds on a product that did not give results, and then not give you all your money back like promised. These are consumer practices that should have legal consequences. If they did, you would see less garbage being sold and more quality products offered.
Their policy is to keep 20% of all returns. Mine did not work which means they are reselling refurbished units. Anyone promoting their products is a shill.
