@@iarrcsim2323 Hmm, I always rule-of-thumb say the Milky Way is 100,000 light years across, your revised figure is disappointingly small. There must be some middle ground, err, space :-)
am i the only one who loves SEA's narration? i just love it :D
The physical world is ever expanding that only our minds can try to comprehend the significance.
i dont think our minds can truly comprehend the size of the universe. The eart....sun is massive to us but in the scheme of things its not even a fleck of dust.
If the universe would expand, the solar system wouldn't resist to the force of expansion. There is much bullshit in science lately and the big bang theory is one of the most retarded theories that a large amount of people ever believed.
I'm sure there are many other better explanations that debunk that ridiculous crap, but even people with half a brain who don't know much about science can smell such bullshit.
It's so difficult not to watch a good documentary. Keep em coming...
I can see two balls of sphere at .000000000012LY and .000000000014L. I know there's a black hole nearby at .000000000018LY away.
So amazing just how big and how old our universe could possibly be. My imagination can not comprehend these things. Great video.
WOW that's incredible! 6,000,000 Because the first estimates were about 600,000 Good job! Great video! Keep up the hard work and research.
ITS WHATEVER NUMBER YOU WANT TO GIVE IT ! YOUR IMAGINATION IS LIMITLESS !! NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT FACT CHECKING HERE !!!
Ok, so last video I commented I wouldn’t be watching your channel again, yet here I am watching an OOTW video.
Please can you add this audio to a podcast channel on Spotify - would be great to listen to these audio files
Ive scoured this channel but never saw this video. Was it scrapped and redone?
Great videos man. Thank you. Just know that you are making such a positive impact on the world by making these videos. You are passing down sacred information in a form that's easy to digest for the masses.
Imagine being blinded by your own galaxy into believing youre the only one... I wonder in how many thousand ways we are blinded
I mean, would you not think the galaxy to be the whole universe if you CAN'T see out of it due to its size and brightness??
They cannot see anything and thus like medieval times for us they would think that galaxy is all they will ever know. Their revelation comes when they find out there is way more to it then just their galaxy.
We are just lucky to be in a smaller and dimmer galaxy so we can actualy see further out into space
@@cherrydragon3120 Exactly my point... Further, I wonder what all we are blind to, doomed to never be able to discover
I haven't decided to watch any of these until now, but boy is this relaxing...
Scientist 1 : This is the biggest galaxy, i will name it 1101
Scientist 2 : oh IC
Man my schedule's full but maybe I have *SPACE* for this video
wow ... that was lame!
The light we see from this galaxy is a billion years old. We are seeing the galaxy as it looked when all life on Earth was still single celled. Crazy.
Imagine if every planet in the universe have living beings, and also everybody lives in harmony. That would be very awesome and great.
Thanos says hi🤧
Whenever I watch videos about the universe and the numbers associated, all I think of is Dr. Evil
James Cordon did a great job narrating this!
Dane Massie bruuuh LOL I was thinking the same
He doesn't sound anything like James Cordon.
Let me guess... You're an American.
And all us Brits sound the same,
(even though we have more regional accents than just about any other country.)
What an enormous galaxy. Fantastic video, a pleasure to listen to.
Sir, your OOTW series is awesome. I have watched them all. Can't wait for the next one.
Nothing makes me more happier than seeing a new upload from SEA about the universe
Its believed that when galaxies colide, the stars within do not colide with each other due to the immense space between them.
Yea… they said that
Apparently the data on IC1101 was wrong somehow and is only 300k light years across, not the 4 million light years as previously thought. A huge difference. The current largest galaxy is ESO 383-76
I'm interested, but I'll wait until I'm done battling before watching
Victory royale
@@SEA actually it's azur lane
@@SEA honestly this is my favourite of your videos
2:28 isn't M 87 a black hole in the midle of our galaxy? is this a mistake or is it an actual galaxy?
Not saying your gd content was bad but am actually quite enjoying this more than the Gd vids. Keep it up!
Imagine living in that galaxy and knowing you’re the biggest galaxy within observable universe😮
Your OOTW videos are getting better and better every single upload.
Your videos are epic. Top notch keep making them
The Thumbnail reminds me of that weird star fox secret where you go to a galaxy filled with distorted planets called 'out of this dimension'
Amazing videos. You are probably the first youtuber to which I have not only subscribed, but liked the video, commented and turned full notifications (bell) on.
Keep it up. Your content is with out a doubt in the top 1% on UA-cam.
Cheers!
Guess Samsung didn’t make the biggest galaxy ever after all
Great little video, well presented and very interesting, Thank You
I like it to donald
This was brilliant bruh! I was about to subscribe but I already was 😅
Great, articulated and awesome 👏🏾
Great video! You make great content
I wish I was the champion of the observable universe 😞
This galaxy is pretty much a mini universe in itself
The night sky would be extremely bright for those living on a planet in IC 1101
There would probably be no night.
Thank You SEA for an awesome video, the largest galaxy should have been named after the person who discovered it first, looking forward to more video,s
shout out to youtube for not giving me the notifications😀😀😀😀😀😀😀very cool!!😎😎😎
I believe there are people that live in that Galaxy 100%
i would guess something is alive in there.. but it ain't people.
it may be something we have no concept of.
With a 100 trillion stars imagine how many planets their would be??
@@MrDredd1966 i suppose 10^16 planets 😊
it blew my mind when it said how any intelligent life in the IC 1101 galaxy because of the brightness of the stars would not be able to see anything outside their galaxy and would think IC 1101 is the totality of all that exists. With every galaxy seeming to have a supermassive black hole at its centre, I get the gut feeling that black holes hold the secret to the universe's formation. It seems to much of a coincidence that the big bang started from a singularity, and the black holes have a singularity.
Just imagine the different intelligent life forms and the numerous porn possibilities 😀
Lolz.. perverted mind.
@@theone8789 Haha
damnit, now I want to see all of them
The Japanese have nothing on that, if you think octopus porn is crazy, just imagine the wide variety aliens could come in.
